Bloomers Baby Diaper Cake Yellow Orchids

I originally wanted to make a diaper cake for a baby shower I was hosting, but when I saw these online and read the reviews about the quality of them, I knew I could never make something that would look as nice. When I received it in the mail, I was not disappointed. The flowers are more "peach" than "yellow", but that was fine by me. The entire cake comes wrapped in tulle, which I left on for the display.

I bought one cake for a baby girl shower and a second one for an "unknown gender" shower. I've recently found out that couple is having a boy and I think the color will do just fine.

The silk orchids are really pretty, and the first mom has already placed them as decorations in her baby room. The baby block is also a neat decoration for the baby room.

The small cake does feel a little small when you first pull it out of the box. However, when you actually display it on a table and when it is surrounded by food or other decorations it fits in nicely.

Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase, and everything arrived on time and well packaged.

Based on different reviews of 3rd party diaper cakes, I was worried this cake wouldn't be as wonderful as the display picture. Thankfully, I wasn't disappointed. It arrived quickly with airpacks to prevent damage and wrapped in tulle. The diapers were tightly shaped and the flowers looked great. It was a big hit at the baby shower I held.

Natural Touch Silicone Bottle

We tried this for our newborn, and compared against many other bottles, Born Free, Avent, Medela, etc.

This one is not bad, baby kind of likes it. My only complaints are:

The flow rate even on the newborn is not that slow (or maybe our baby is an incredible sucker)

The plastic on this thing seems to have incredible high heat capacity and poor thermal conductivity, so it takes much longer to warm up in this bottle than even glass.

The volume markings on the side of this bottle are part of the molding and very small. Other than ideal conditions, it is near impossible to read. (i.e. in the middle of the night, with milk in it, or with condensation or , etc.)

My 3 month old grasped to the bottle immediately after only exclusive bf as my husband and I planned a last minute Vegas trip! So happy with it. Worth every penny! Just make sure you put it together correctly as to not lose any of that Liquid Gold!

I was excited about this bottle because it was supposed to mimic breastfeeding. Well, my son loves breastfeeding but HATES this bottle. He is a vigorous sucker, and this is supposed to be a slow-flow nipple. But he was choking and gagging in a matter of seconds. The milk literally pours out. We've had the best luck with plain ol' Playtex Ventaire bottles from Target.

We have tried every bottle on my 4 month old. She is breastfed and won't take anything but me, but she will take these bottles. I got one today to try her out on it and she took it from me and my husband. I didn't have a problem with it leaking, granted I've only used it once now. I'm am so happy to have finally found a bottle she will take because my husband and I are over due for a date night and I can leave her in the church nursery with no problem and actually be able to sit through a sermon.

the flow on these is insanely too fast. my newborn gobbles down 2 oz in about 30 seconds, other bottles like breastflow at least mimic the WORK it takes to breastfeed the pace more....this nipple may be well shaped but otherwise just pours milk down baby's throat like a pitcher...i have to run interference and tip accordingly....do not buy....also review is choppy bec two finger typing as i breastfeed baby now

Pampers Big Kids Set

As stated, all the parts are interchangeable, which is very nice. There are a few things that need to be changed though. If you use a spout with the red top (normally used with a nipple) It doesn't vent as well as the training handles, so the cup collects a lot of suction. Also, the spouts are directly attached to the lids with training handles, so when you twist the handles onto the bottle, the spout moves, so it takes awhile to work it so that the spout is centered between the handles. A few of the tops are also very difficult to twist on evenly, but not all of them. They sit awkwardly on the top, and sometimes leak, and if you tighten them too much, they pop and release, and you have to start over (which is super annoying if you've just gotten everything centered). Some of the lids are also very loose, and will fall right off the top at the slightest angle. Again, it's not all of them, just some. Once everything is in its proper place though, my 1 year old son loves them and has no problem holding them himself with the handles.

Lambs and Ivy Luv Bugs Plush Blanket with Applique Blanket, Plum

This blanket arrived to me very quickly, within days all the way to Alaska. It is incredibly soft and is well made. The colors on it look even better then what it shows online. It is definately worth the price.

I simply love the color and feel of this blanket! It is beautiful and cozy warm. The reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was because it sheds fuzzies (LARGE pieces of lint) everywhere and makes a mess of my clothes. I think running it through several wash and dry cycles would probably get rid of most of it, but I haven't had time to do it more than once. We use it instead of a car seat cover when going out in the cold, and love it for that.
