Diaper Dude Messenger Ii Diaper Bag

Diaper Dude Messenger Ii Diaper Bag - GreyWe did a lot of research before purchasing this diaper bag. My husband wanted a messenger bag style, since he often is the one carrying it. At first, I really liked the bag. It does have a lot of pockets, which is nice for organizing all the baby stuff. I particularly like the large back pocket, which I now use as a purse for my things, instead of carrying an extra bag. I felt that, for a newborn, it was a great size with room to spare. However, now that my baby is 7 months old, this diaper bag is not nearly big enough. I should point out that we use cloth diapers, which take up a little more space than disposables. But with 2-3 cloth diapers, the changing pad, nursing cover, extra jacket or blanket for the baby, and a couple of small toys or books, the bag is so full we can't even close the main pocket. Also, after only 6 months of use, the zipper on the main pocket snapped right off, so we can't even close it if we want to now. Everything else has held up well so far on the bag, but I'm not entirely satisfied. I would rather have more space than all the extra pockets that we don't really even use.

This is a great bag! We used to use an open top bag that can be carried only using the handle, it was bulging with my little daughter's stuff. When we got the diaper dude bag and moved all the things to it, I thought something must be wrong because it felt really empty even with everything in it.

This bag has multiple pockets, some velcro'd, some zippered, and some open and there's the zippered roomy central area under the main flap with mesh pockets all around it.

This bag comes with a changing pad that can be folded into a small square and stroller straps to hang the bag on your stroller.

I liked how the bag was carried messenger style and the mobile phone pocket fit my Nokia N95 8GB without any problems. My wife was taking items from the front pockets while I was carrying the bag.

After using this bag, I think it can be used even by dudes without babies because all the pockets can be used for other things. And it looks great!

Note: When I ordered my bag through amazon it came with the changing pad but no stroller straps. I contacted the nice people at diaper dude and they immediately sent me one. So make sure you check yours when it arrives!

Nice baby bag for a guy I like the reminder tips it gives them on the inside flap (last one says to not forget the baby which is pretty funny).

Overall very versatile and will be great to carry the baby stuff.

My husband didn't want a "girly" diaper bag so we finally found this one and thought it was a bit pricey but it seemed to fit our requirements. The only good thing I can say about it is it's not white so it doesn't show the dirt.

The strap doesn't come off. So if you're a tall guy (my husband is 6'5") and need a longer strap to carry the bag at a comfortable height forget it. You can clip a longer strap on but then you still have the dude strap dangling there. The zipper for the back pocket is awkward to get to and open. Also, the back pocket is narrow and really doesn't hold much big waste of space. Also the metal pull on the zipper snapped in half leaving a jagged edge. The bag doesn't stand up on it's own so if you are trying to get stuff out of the bag while holding down a wriggling baby/toddler the bag just falls over and then you have to try to get it back up and get your stuff....

We contacted Diaper Dude to let them know of the cheap quality of their zippers and didn't hear a word back from them.

Spend your money on something else. You earned it, you deserve better customer service (I'm refering to Diaper Dude and not Amazon) and a better bag.

I like the idea of the bag and the number of pockets. The quality, however, wasn't there. I saw a couple of small issues early on--problems with stitching not completed or velcro peeling off (after a week) and didn't use it much. The strap broke off as if I'd been carrying a ton of bricks or used it every day for a year. I contacted the company, who asked for photos. Then they said I could ship it to them and provide a credit card number to ship it back after they determined if it should be replaced or fixed. I definitely shouldn't have to pay for shipping both ways, or take pictures for them. I never even got an apology for the very serious inconvenience (it broke in the middle of a parking lot as I was on the way to an emergency doctor appointment, and everything went flying). Big fail. I bought a Reese Li, which is infinitely sturdier, and called it a day.

Huggies Simply Clean Fragrance Free Baby Wipes Refill

Huggies Simply Clean Fragrance Free Baby Wipes Refill, 600 CountI am a HUGE Huggies fan. I have been buying nothing buy Huggies diapers and wipes for the past 3 years.

However, these new wipes do NOT live up to the Huggies brand. How can Huggies make wipes that don't work in their own dispensers? All previous types of Huggies wipes I have bought allow for 1 wipe to come out with the next wipe popping up.

These new wipes you have to open the lid to your wipes container and dig out the next wipe each time. I find this extremely frustrating. I had read this downfall on a review site, but went ahead and bought the wipes anyway. Now I know what everyone was talking about.

I knew by the name of this product, exactly what I was getting/paying for. I'm frankly surprised that others didn't catch onto that too. The name says it all "Simply Clean". It immediately reminded me of Charmin Basic toilet paper. It's like purchasing the bare bones model of a car, or a basic washer or dryer. You are getting a BASIC wipe that is thinner, and quite possibly not as soft as other wipes, but yet it functions for its intended purpose. You do get 600 wipes for the price you'd normally pay for way less of the thicker Huggies wipes, or even other brands, so the value is outstanding! In my humble opinion, these seem to work just fine for us. I've not experienced any of the tearing that others have commented about, and they come through our wipes container just fine too (the wipes are connected to each other by perforated lines, so you can pull apart as many as you need at a time). I would suggest that if you are looking for a "cadillac" (thicker heavy duty) wipe, then these are not for you. But if you are alright with a basic wipe, then I think you'll like these just fine.

The wipes are okay; they do the job. They're fragrance free so they won't irritate sensitive heinies, tushies, wee wees, etc.

My only complaint is that they're not as durable as another major brand that rhymes with Mampers. By that, I mean that they tend to rip apart when I'm trying to pull one out of the box. But maybe that's just my superhuman strength; I don't know. I do know that the sensitive skin wipes from the other major brand (you know, the one that rhymes with Mampers) don't seem to tear as easily.

I have been happy with these wipes--good thickness and not too wet nor too dry. The picture of the box says "8 refills" which made me think that there were 8 individual packs inside, however it is actually 3 ziplock-type bags with 200 wipes each. This is fine with me as I am using it to refill my OXO Perfect Pull Wipes Dispenser, Green (which I highly recommend, btw), but others who are expecting to use them as is may be disappointed so I figured I should point that out.

Stephan Baby Boo Bunnie Ice Pack and Boo Cube

Stephan Baby Boo Bunnie Ice Pack and Boo Cube, Baby Girl Polka DotThe little ice block fits nicely in the bunny holder, and the bunny holder is adorable, but there is no material to act as a barrier between the ice block and the child's skin unless you use the too-thick bunny side. I recommend putting a thin piece of cloth around the ice block before sandwiching it in the bunny holder.

This thing is so tiny, I think it must be 3" total across. You would think that the underside would be covered in rabbit material, but no. The underside and top side, behind the ears, are just a little blue block. This cover you see only covers all sides, but not top or bottom of the blue block that is supposed to be the ice pack. It's a hard blue square and once you freeze it, the block will be come extremely cold with frost on it. So tell me, who wants to put a frozen plastic block on your child? I thought that was the point of this thing. To have it be an ice pack for boo boos? How can that be if it's open with no cover?? Would you get an ice pack from your freezer and put it skin to skin?? No. So why would we put this little frozen plastic square skin to skin on our baby?? This company needs to toss this design and get the rabbit material on the underside to protect baby's skin!!!!

Also, it's so damn small, it's like the size of a mouse at Petco. Unless you plan on using it sideways, you will give your baby freezer burn in no time at all. I am returning this for a refund, STUPID IDEA.

I have 2 of these! When one of my twins gets hurt its more of a destraction then a cold compress. But while they are playing with it I can put the other one on their boo boo. Many people talked about the design and how the bottoms open and their should be a barrier there. Personally, I could go either way. A lot of other child cold packs aren't even cold due to the thick barriers. The ice cube on this isn't harmfully cold, and it melts very fast to avoid harming kids skin. my kids love it!

Our family has used Boo-bunny for years and have found it helpful when children and grandchildren have injuries. They often ask for Boo-bunny because it is both helpful for the injury and comforting for the child. I highly recommend this product!

Fisher Price Luv U Zoo Crib Sheets, Set of 2

Fisher Price Luv U Zoo Crib Sheets, Set of 2These two sheets are not the softest sheets I've had so if your little one is real sensitive to touch then you may want to opt for a higher thread count. Other than that they fit on the mattress really well. I feel like im going to break my fingers off putting some of my other crib sheets on but these are very well fitting. Pretty decent product overall.

They felt nice and fairly thick compared to other brands. My baby seems to like them. They do match the fisher price mobile!

Huggies Snug N Dry Value Pack

Huggies Snug N Dry Value PackSome people say certain brands work better for either a boy or a girl, and that may be true, but in my experience Huggies has been the best for both my son and my daughter. We never have any leaks. My son has been out of diapers for 2 years now but these have always held up great, even overnight, and they work just as well overnight for my daughter. I love that when these diapers are wet, they don't get "squishy" like Pampers and Luvs do, and they are much softer than generic brands. The stretchy tabs and waistband are the only things that contain my breastfed baby's stool. All the other brands gap in the back and she has a mess all up her back. Who wants that?

In case anyone is confused about the size 1-2s, they are really no different than a plain size 1. They are the same length and width, and 1's go up to 14lbs, and 1-2s are 8-15lbs. They're basically the same. Size 2's are 12-18lbs and are definitely a bit longer and wider. They didn't have "1-2s" when my son was little so this time around I was bit confused until I tried and compared the two. Hope that helps!

Fisher-Price Luv U Zoo On the Go Zebra

Fisher-Price Luv U Zoo On the Go ZebraMy baby hardly paid any mind since it didn't make any noise. I used to strap it to stroller. Fisher Price has better toys.

I like the multi-sided aspect of this toy, and love the attached ring on the top. It let's me hook it onto my son's carseat and the wide base keeps him from bumping it off his lap every time he kicks. Giving 4 stars because I wish it had a few more rt things for him to look at/ do. But overall money well spent.

My 6 month old loves this toy. She likes to sit in the floor and play with the book and the rattle on the tail. One of her favorite toys.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 3.5 month old. He started playing with it about 2 weeks after Christmas, about the 4 month mark. He really seems to like it. I connect it to his play mat on the floor. He reaches for it and he even figured out how to flip the little "door" on one side he gets a kick out of it every time the image changes. Over all, cute and entertaining. However, I think they tried too hard to shove too many play options onto one toy. Maybe if it was about 25% larger it would have worked better. He has a hard time playing with the rattle tail and has yet to find the butterfly bead tucked under the zebra's chin.
