Nuby 7 oz. Cup With Valveless No-Spill Spout

Nuby 7 oz. Cup With Valveless No-Spill SpoutI was surprised to find so many positive reviews for this cup, since it's the worst one in my cabinet! I don't know how it can be called a "no-spill" cup--it drips everywhere every single time I use it. I do like the soft spout and the absence of a separate valve, but the cap insert is always popping down into the cup from the ring, and I can never get the stupid thing aligned right (the indents in the sides of the insert always slide off the nubs when I tighten the lid). I've been nothing but frustrated with this cup and plan to toss it in the recycling bin as soon as I finish this review. And the kicker is, it was not a cheap cup!

The handles make it easy for my 6-month old to hold herself, and I like that the silicone spout is soft for her to "chew" on. There are no little valves to clean (and lose), and we have had no issues with leaking I can shake the cup upside down, and nothing comes out.

With my first child I used the Avent & Playtex sippy cups but with all the little parts to clean sometimes I would loose them and ended up buying a new one, not to mention that the spouts were hard on her gums & teeth. I think being a first time mom I was more into the brand name than anything else.

Now with my 8 month old daughter I tried this sippy cup upon the recommendation of a friend and it does work as it claims to be. The spout is soft on her gums & 2 little bottom teeths. The reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is that the spout gets sucked into the cup after she drinks the liquid so I keep on re adjusting by pulling it up. I just bought one to test and if doesn't work I guess I have to find a new one.

When I first saw these cups I thought--What a great idea! I hated cleaning out the valves on the other sippy cups I've used over the years, and this one looked perfect for my then 10 month old, so I ended up buying three, due to a trip. What a mistake. Every one of them leaks where the nipple fits into the lid. I've tried adjusting the tightness of the seal, making sure the bumps are in the right spot, etc. But it doesn't matter--this cup still leaks. I think that the width of the nipple edge under the lid just isn't wide enough to not gape open when being sucked or chewed on.

I really wish I could give this product 5 stars, but 2 is being generous, and I am only doing so because it looks nice and is easy for little ones to hold onto while they drench themselves. Sigh.

I was using nuby's basic sippy gripper cup that you see everywhere, but my son, 10 months, kept chewing on the spout. This cup has a much, much softer spout that is also easier to clean, and easier to hold onto so he can feed himself. the lid screws on good so the spout is evenly aligned with the handles. only four stars because the packaging claims a rubber skid-resistant base, but it's just smooth plastic.. the rubber doesn't go on the bottom side of the cup. and if you twist the lid too tightly, the spout insert gets mis-aligned with the grooves on the lid. If you warm the cup in a bowl of water, be sure to tip it over when done, because the water can get trapped in the base.

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Toilet Wipes, Magic Melon, 250 Count Refills (Pack of 4)

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Toilet Wipes, Magic Melon, 250 Count RefillsIt stinks that Amazon changed the subscribe and save savings from 15% to 5%! I am canceling a lot of my other subscriptions because of that. It was cheaper and convenient to get things like diapers shipped to my door every month but now it is cheaper to buy diapers at BJs. The wipes are great for my kids and the fact they are flushable is a plus. I never had a problem with them. If I could find them at BJ's or somewhere else for bulk I would cancel this subscribe and save subscription too since now the price went from $25+ to $33+.

I LOVE Kandoo wipes!!! My daughter has gotten into potty training a few months ago. She uses toilet paper when she pees, but when she poops it's so much easier to use the kandoo wipes and just flush them without worrying about the sewer! AND, I personally pick the magic melon every time because I love the smell and it covers up any "urine" odor that could be sitting on the skin as well as cleaning it up. (IE, in a diaper after nap or bedtime.)

ALSO, buying them in bulk like this is SO MUCH CHEAPER than buying them in the single packets at the store! We WILL continue to buy these until my daughter is fully potty trained and maybe even still after! Can't go wrong with flushable wipes :D

When you are entering the final stages of potty training when it's time for your kid to take over all wiping duties, it's important to have tools to ensure cleanliness.

My son does okay with regular toilet paper, but we found that these wipes work even better. They are just moist enough to provide a smoother way to clean and move easily without getting stuck. They give a fresher feeling afterwards too and you only need about one to two of them most of the time. Even we are using these for ourselves. LOL!

There are flushable wipes by other brands that may not be as geared towards kids (we've used two different brands before our potty-training adventures), but I found those to be a little big and awkward for my son. These work better as they are about the same width as toilet paper. Some people may prefer a bigger wipe but we found the smaller size to be an advantage. And we use about the same number of wipes as the larger sizewhich means those bigger ones were just getting wasted. Also in comparison to other flushable wipes, these big packs work out to be about the same price or close to it.

Other notes-

You may expect a moister wipe, these are a drier than diaper wipes. However, the level of moistness seemed right on for us. You don't want to be too wet, right?

The packages come with a resealable top which is useful to take in my purse, but if you are just filling up a container doesn't make a big difference. And if you are just using a container or dispenser, the packs do seem a little small.

We originally ordered the dispenser kit with wipes but we found the Kandoo dispenser to be a big issueit is a little big, sort of clumsy, and not efficient to use. Although it feels like good quality and could work for a kid who isn't as rough as my boy (when he tried to use it, every time he just knocked the container off anyhow so we didn't use the attachment part).

Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 5, Giant Pack, 120 Count

Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 5, Giant Pack, 120 CountI had the same problem with these diapers as I did with the overnight diapers. Huggies changed their packaging as well as their diapers, and I am highly disappointed in the change. The previous diapers had very little dye in them, and they were a better quality diaper. The new diapers have so much dye in them that they leave blue coloring on my son's white or light-colored clothes. My son had no problems with rashes with the other diapers, but he actually got a rash every other day that we used these diapers. We had bought these instead of Huggies Pure and Natural to save some money, but we had to go back to the Pure and Natural because these were so awful. Not so with the previous 'edition' of these diapers. They were thicker, held more, had very little dye, and very rarely leaked. These leaked more frequently. I would not recommend these, but I would buy them again if Huggies changed back to the other ones or made these better quality.

We've used the Diapers.com brand diapers since our 2 year old was born never any leaks. Since I was already placing an Amazon order I decided to add a box of Huggies Snug & Dry. What a HUGE mistake. They leak so easily that we might as well be putting him to bed without any diaper at all. I'm writing this review at 4:30 am because I just finished changing his sheets after another leak the bed was soaked, but the diaper was barely damp! These work okay during the day when gravity pulls the wetness into the small absorbent area, but if they are laying down forget it. Get ready for sleepless nights and wet sheets.

I love using Amazon for purchases that I know I will use and need monthly. There was a plethora of diapers to select from, but I must say, the seal on the deal, for me, was the discount I got for suscribing to the product. I absolutely love Huggies diapers and am thrilled that I can afford them per Amazon.com! Thank you very much!!!

I have been using huggies for almost 3 yrs for my twin girls, but the latest one it felt different that a normal ...not sure why. they stick together way more than usual and have a rougher texture, and hard....like they are of poorer quality. I hope they will change it, maybe more softness.

Much less expensive than at any retailer. Buying diapers at K-Mart or Target is a non-sense from now on. Provided Amazon keeps the prices that low. Go for it. It's pure common sense.
