I have a son who is almost 10 that still wets the bed due to Sensory issues, so I am fairly an expert on this subject. Of all the sleep pants, these are the best and has nothing to do with price, although these are pretty much the cheapest you can find, which doesn't hurt! They leak less, and are more comfortable and discreet then the others. It matters to an older boy who has friends spend the night. Some under pants will ride up and show around the waist band of their pants, which embarrasses the child when others notice it. These sit lower on the waist. Also, other pants make this loud, crinkly noise when the kids moves and can look suspiciously bulgy under the kids regular pants. The Underjams are the quietest and least bulky pants we have found. My son weighs about 68 pounds, but we still find that this is the right size for him. The Large size is still a little too loose and prone to leaking.

What ever under pants you choose, the trick to leaking is to have the child wear a pair of normal underwear over the top of them. They don't need to fit super tight over the pull up, but it should be a fairly snug fit. That will hug the sleep pants closer to their body and stop the leaking. We learned long ago that he puts on his "pull up" and then puts underwear on top of that. No leaks. =D

My son just recently hit the 72 pound mark and we have had to switch to the Large size. They are working well, but thankfully we may be almost done with them now! After finding out through specialists that he has more then likely been constipated for years, he's had treatment and the bed wetting is almost completely stopped! Apparently, when the colon is full, it pushes on the bladder, causing bet wetting. If your child is older and still wetting at night, having accidents during the day, and/or pooping in their pants, please have the doc x-ray their tummy. They are probably totally full of stool and have been for a very long time! They have to have a total clean out, and then take Mirilax every day for 6 to 12 months! Mary Bridge Children's hospital has an entire dept. devoted to this problem, that our regular doctor had no idea about. He had been telling me for over a year that it was all a behavioral problem! My little guy is autistic and at 4.5 he is still not ready to potty train. We have tried every single kind of pullup there is, and have had lots of failures, including one miserable one at Disneyland. Bigger little guys sure can hold a lot!! This is the only pullup that has never let me down, both during the day and overnight. Go for it.

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across these on Amazon. With the Amazon Moms plus the regular subscriber features, I'm saving 30% off! If you have a son who still wets the bed, these are a great option. They work just as well (or perhaps even better) than Goodnites, but are much more affordable. It's nice to have the box arrive at home as well, so my son isn't embarrassed by my buying them at the store.

We've used these with the Westop 3 alarm (bought on Amazon) too--and they work great. I also highly recommend the book, "Waking up Dry" by Dr. Bennett, on Amazon. It's written towards kids, and will definitely help both them and you. It also helped us to realize that it can take months to see results with an alarm, when we were expecting more immediate results.

These don't leak. Even after a long night's sleep, kiddo comes out with dry pants just a super heavy diaper. I used to have to wash his sheets daily and line them with towels. This has lightened my laundry load significantly!

These nipples arrived as scheduled however ARE NOT Pampers Stages. They were in the stages packaging but are cheap and thin. They do fit the Pampers collars so I figured I would give them a try since we were down to 1 nipple that my son hadn't chewed a hole in. Well because these are so thin he chewed a hole in it before he was even half way through with his 8oz bottle, spilling the rest ofit all over.

WAY unhappy with this Amazon purchase.

I received it on time and the description accurately matched the product I received.

We got our diaper bag a few days after we placed our order! When it arrived my Husband and I were quick to open it, We were thrilled! It's a large bag, It comes with a easy to clean changing pad (that was a surprise to us)It has 10 pockets so there is plenty of storage space! The only thing that we would change is to have a larger opening for the main pocket. It will work just fine but it does not open as much as you think it should for the size of the bag. All in all we were both happy with the bag and would buy it again!!

I received this at my baby shower and I love it. I think it's great for a dad or mom to tote around. The storage is decent, a pocket on each side of the bag on the outside, 1 long zippered pocket on the inside, and two open pockets on the other side of the inside. Portable changing pad is okay, it's my least favorite part of the bag. I use it more as a divider in the bag. It is a smaller diaper bag but I didn't want some crazy huge diaper bag, I don't find it necessary. It'll hold everything I need for a day out so I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend this product, the quality is also great it's adorable!

Imse Vimse Organic Cotton Terry Dribble Bibs - Shades of Pink

These worked great when my baby was 6 weeks old and starting to drool non-stop. They were the right size and effective in keeping her clothes dry. They were super cute and I liked that they didn't look garish in all our baby pics. However, by the time she was 3+ months, I had to use the green sprouts waterproof absorbent bibs.

My baby is teething and she soaks right through these. They are extremely small and should be used with newborns. not an infant a few months old. The only positive thing about these bibs are that they are organic cotton and atleast you know what your child is chewing on :/

When baby hit 3 months she turned into a drool machine. Most of the bibs I had were those little cheapos that are made of some thin synthetic fabric that soaks through right away. I searched amazon for the best bibs for droolers and picked a few with decent reviews to try:

Baby is now 7 months and the drooling is gone, so we're not using bibs much at the moment. When I was using them, I liked the aden and anais best.

The Imse Vimse are very small which would have been fine for my purpose and they had the nicest colors to mefairly nuetral so they went with most outfits. They also fit nice and snug around the neck due to the tie. The bib cotton was thick and absorbent, but I rarely used them because the edging is made with some terrible rough fabric. If it's cotton, they must be breeding a new special type with the texture of... gosh, I'm trying to think of a fabric with such a terrible texture, but I don't know what it would be. Suffice it to say that it doesn't belong in the sensitive neck rolls of a little baby. So, these got very little use.

The Tommy Tippy are nice and probably well suited to keeping milk out of the neck rolls, but the bib itself is a thin synthetic material and not all that absorbant. So, they soak through too quickly to be of much use for a serious drooling problem. The bib size is perfect, not tiny like the Imse Vimse and not huge like Aden and Anais. I don't love the velcroyou have to be careful that it doesn't snag other things in the wash and if you don't line it up perfectly it can irritate baby's skin. The snaps on Aden and Anais are better.

Finally, my favorite ended up being the Aden and Anais which are designed for eating, not drooling. They are huge, more of a smock on a 3 month old, but this is perfect for an eating bib. At three months baby wasn't mobile yet, so being too large was no biggieif I need to resume use, it may interfere with her crawling as they hang past the waist. They were also a big big around the neck for little one but we didn't seem to have a big probelm with the drool running into her neck so this worked out ok. The reason I loved them is that they are so soft and so absorbant, they never soaked through with the drool and I could take the long bib and wipe her face with it. The Imse Vimse were too small for this and the Tommy Tippy not absorbant enough. Another possible advantage is the rather loud pattern does not show stains as much as the plainer bibs. I do wish they came in more color options, I don't love either choice, but on the whole I am happy and I know these will last forever, like the Aden and Anais blankets, they just get better with washing.

These bibs are clearly for teething and not feeding, so the reviewer who complained of them for that reason should be discounted in my opinion. Feeding bibs are usually waterproof, larger and have pockets. These bibs are made for drooling/teething babies and they're perfect for that purpose. You don't want to take pictures of your baby drowning in the excess material of the larger bibs, so this is definitely what you're looking for when you have a younger baby who is dribbling constantly. They're absorbent enough to handle all the drool and even the occasional spit-up and since they're organic I feel really good about her wearing them all the time as well. I'm going to post pictures of my daughter looking just adorable in her matching outfit with one of these bibs.

Pampers Baby Fresh Wipes 12x Box with Tub

Amazon modified my subscribe and save "Pampers ThickCare Touch of Chamomile Wipes Refill, 7x Box 504 Count" to this. I was willing to give this a try, now that they arrived I am not too happy.

The tub DOES NOT seal at all. It is very cheaply made (dollar store quality, what is this)? At first I thought it was broken, but nothing seems to be wrong with it upon closer examination.

The wipes are soapy! Makes it difficult to wipe with, as they are quite slippery compared to my old wipes. The after-feeling is sticky, not sure what my son makes of it. Since I run to wash my hands after every diaper change there is no issue, but if you were to wipe your hands outdoors or anything else with these; I am sure the after feeling wont be pleasant.

The worst part about these wipes is when I wanted to put one of the refills in another room in the house. The singular plastic packets do not have an "easy-dispensing" opening at all. Which means you can't travel with these or use them at all; unless you have a tub.

I made the math and it looks like the both "thick care touch of chamomile" and "softcare baby fresh" wipes come to about 2.6 cents per piece (the old subscribe-and-save price I was playing). When it comes to price not much has changed.

Addendum to below: Amazon notified customers of a Subscribe and Save change before the modified the new product price. I've been told the new price includes the 20% discount but the product page does not yet reflect that and still shows a shipping charge. Nonetheless, I stand by Amazon and this is a good product.

I have been a subscribe and save customer of this product for four years (down to the last two grandbabies). Although I was not surprised to see the "You've been converted" email, this is the first one that switched a 20% discounted item for one that was not.

I suggest switching to either Pampers Softcare Baby Fresh Wipes 7x box, 504 count for $11.71 or Pampers Sensitive Wipes, 64 count (768 wipes) for $19.19 (after the 20% discount).

I recently utilized the subscribe and save option to get the pampers wipes. Unfortunately, they are thin, soapy, and leave a slick feeling on the baby's rump. The wipes are slippery and it is difficult to wipe with them. After some struggling I have cancelled my subscription and ordered the Huggies natural care wipes. Same price, but the wipes are noticeably thicker, not slippery, and pickup very well. I have no affiliation to either company, I just can't believe that pampers is making such terrible wipes!

I love the softest of this wipes that i am sure that the delicate skin of my newborn is totally taken care off. And the fresh smell is a plus. I definitely will recommend it to my friends. Kudos!

The title really says it all. Previously we used the Pampers Unscented ThickCare wipes, and they were fantastic. Most diapers were cleaned up with a single wipe, some took two.

These wipes are strongly scented, very thin, and they have an excess of moisturizers that make them very slippery. They bunch up and do not wiping up a messy diaper is very difficult without a handful of these.

I know diaper rashes can be caused by a number of things, so I cannot be sure that these wipes are to blame but.... after switching to Huggies One and Done Unscented Baby Wipes Refill 184ct., the rash disappeared.
