Fisher-Price Luv U Zoo 2 in 1 Tummy Timer

Fisher-Price Luv U Zoo 2 in 1 Tummy TimerThis toy does not look like much, and I basically bought it for the mirror when baby was 3 months old, but it has turned out it be one of the most popular toys that my now 6 month old plays with. It has soothing and nice music that continues uninterrupted for 5, 10 or 15 minutes (different settings and two volume settings, turned on by touching the alligator's orange cheek). The mirror is sturdy and clear and the toy is slightly raised on one side. There are also some ties attached to hang it to a crib (which we haven't done, but the ties are great to touch for fine motor skills and chewing). The eyes spin when you touch them, the butterfly has crinkly wings and the simple rattle has an old fashioned rice/bean sound. The best features are the mirror and the music.

The only thing I would like to change about this toy is that the eyes remain closed when the toy sits on the floor (not open as the photo indicates). For the eyes to stay open you have to hang the toy up...or keep spinning the eyes. Other than that, a surprisingly satisfying and popular toy.

I am really disappointed w/ this purchase. It doesn't set up at an angle as pictured. It lays flat on the floor so the only way a baby would be able to see their reflection would be if they were right on top of it. It may be more useful for a crib but if you are using this for tummy time, don't bother. The music is nice, and I like the timer feature. That's about it.

My granddaughter absolutely loves this toy. I have it tied to her changing table. Since she came to live with us at 3 months of age (she's now 6 months), it has never failed to make her smile. I'm always amazed at how quickly she goes from crying to smiling, excitedly kicking her little legs and grabbing at the alligator toys. She loves the music which I sing along with (mainly "la-la-la" since I don't know the words). The only improvement I would make on this toy would be to make the ties easier to undo. They are too short to tie into easy-to-undo bows so we have to knot them. Velcro or snaps would make it easier to get on and off for when we want to take the alligator on vacation with us. One last thing: Does anyone know the name of the songs that are played on this toy? The only one I know is "Skip to My Lou".

I bought this after a friend recommended for my 3 1/2 month old. She HATED tummy time! I can't say she loves it now, but the mirror, music and toys provide welcome distractions. It has two volume settings and three time settings: 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Press the cheek to play the music and the eyes also roll it around. Very cute and functional:)

We got this for our son's 1st birthday. He is now 2 1/2 and still plays with it in his crib everyday. The songs are fun & I like that it has different options for the volume & length of time it plays. He plays with the eyes that spin around and kicks the dangling toys with his feet. He also talks to his reflection in the mirror. Love this!

Pampers Newborn Starter Set

Pampers Newborn Starter SetMy Bella is 8 weeks old yesterday. She has colic. She sucks her bottles so hard when she eats, and gets lots of air. These bottles fit her mouth better, and cuts down DRASTICALLY on the colic. We havent had colic but one time in a week(knock on wood. KNOCK... KNOCK...) I really think these nipples have been a lifesaver to us. Im 43 and she is my first. First day from hospital when she had colic, 12 hours straight.

I would highly recommend these.

I work at CVS Pharmacy. Our Pampers bottles were discontinued and marked down. I bought all we had even before she was born. A great decision on my part.

THANKS PAMPERS!!!

Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 3, Giant Pack, 156 Count

Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 3, Giant Pack, 156 CountI have been using these diapers, but my complaint is that they stain the onesis. The Disney design on the front of the diaper bleeds, so my baby's onesis get stain, and the stains doesn't come out.

I contacted Huggies about it, and send them some clean diapers, so they could check on that; but I keep having the same issue with the new ones I have bought.

We used pampers only when the baby was @ hospital. When we got home we tried both pampers and huggies...and like huggies better

We also use the wipes from huggies. So you can say that huggies is our brand for the baby's diaper changing.

And i bought this diapers from the amazon for the first time. I am a dad of 19 month old baby...and amazon was gracious enough to give a membership of of amazon prime as Amazon Mom :)

and i am a couponer i dont have any store loyalty and i will buy huggies any place as long as they sell the brand new Huggies.. So after all the discounts Amazon gave me.. i found it the cheapest. Remember i use coupons.. So even after considering the fact that Babies R Us accept coupons and have those 10 $ gift card promotions they were still costlier compared to this amazon offer.. and i didnt have to spend gas and go out in cold to buy the diapers ... just got it free shipped in just two days. So for the current offer of $ 20.54 for 156 huggies# 3 (after subscription and amazon mom discounts) , its unbeatable price[its sells for $ 35 + tax @walmart].

Lets wait and see, if Amazon offers me the same deal in the coming months, i will continue to buy the diapers from amazon. You should buy it too, just compare the price per diaper.

I have been using the Snug n Dry diapers for several months without any problems, but now that the weather is heating up, the dye in the diapers interacted with my daughter's sweat and leached into her skin, causing bruise-like stains. So bruise-like, in fact, that 2 doctors were convinced that they were actual bruises. One "bruise" was racket ball sized on her right leg along the diaper line, and the other was golf ball sized on the left leg in the same spot. The on-call pediatrician we took her to on Saturday ran blood tests to rule out leukemia and other major blood disorders. The tests were negative (THANK GOD). I asked if it could be the diapers. He said no because it didn't wash off. It was a bruise. He said he didn't know the cause and my daughter needed to undergo more testing with her regular pediatrician on Monday. I took her in, and of course the doctor was out sick, so we had to see her back-up doctor. By the time we got to the office, the smaller "bruise" had grown and was almost tennis ball size. This doctor was convinced it was child abuse. She asked me the same questions over and over would anyone hurt my daughter? Has she been acting strange? How does she act when she goes to the babysitter? Do you suspect the babysitter would hurt her? No, no, no... Then she looked at all of the bruises on my daughter's legs with a suspicious eye when did this happen? How did this happen? I don't know... she falls down a lot... she's a toddler. Great, now I sound like an abuse victim covering up for the abuser. She kept leaving the room and coming back in. We were in there for what felt like an eternity. She said she would run more medical tests but would have to do a full body skeletal scan to check for healing fractures if the tests all came back normal. She was absolutely convinced that someone was hurting my baby. I was devastated. Finally she went next door and grabbed another pediatrician to come look at her. He put some medical soap on a paper towel and scrubbed the "bruises". They began to fade. The doctor that had just accused me (or someone) of abusing my baby started laughing. It was a stain, not a bruise. The soap irritated the hell of my daughter's skin and red patches began to appear. Her skin is very sensitive, so we never use strong soaps and only use mild soap once or twice a week. I guess I wasn't scrubbing hard enough. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I will never buy Huggies again.

This was the first time I had ordered Huggies because of all of the positive reviews I had heard. This box, however, has been horrible. At least 2 out of 3 diapers I attempt to use are unusuable because they have holes in them. When a diaper is used with holes, it leaks everywhere. These have been the worst purchase of diapers I have ever had.

I've used hauggies before with my older one, and don't remember having this problem.

The diaper colors the clothes in blue/greenish color that doesn't come off!

Also, it's quite a heavy diaper, and not so soft and flexible.

From my experience with pampers sizes NB-2, they were much better.

Pampers Easy Ups Diapers, Girls, Size 4, 88-Count

Pampers Easy Ups Diapers, Girls, Size 4, 88-CountMy two year old is just starting her potty training and I purchased these for her because of the ease in getting them off when I put her on the potty. She loves anything Dora and really prefers to be changed into the Easy Ups over diapers. They are very absorbant and don't leak when she sleeps in them. My only concern is cost. At this point, they are 2x the cost of regular diapers that I buy in bulk. If she wets them, she will pull them off and toss them in the garbage. On the weekend, we can go through quite a few of them because she doesn't recognize her body's signals. She will grab a clean one and come to me letting me know she poo poo'd in them. The side tabs makes it easier to peel them off without soiling her clothes or removing her bottom and shoes.

Pampers ThickCare Wipes, Bulk Pack, Unscented, 360 ea

Pampers ThickCare Wipes, Bulk Pack, Unscented, 360 eaI've used a few different versions of the Pampers wipes, and like these the best. The thickness and slight stiffness of them make them easy to use, and I find I don't have to use as many when cleaning a very messy diaper.

I would recommend this product because is a high quality baby wipe with a thickness that is easy to use. must have tub to store the baby wipes in.

Pampers Stages Sensitive Wipes- 512 ct.

Pampers Stages Sensitive Wipes- 512 ct.I have purchased them for my new born and then decided I will try Huggies, which are much less expensive, especially bought at Costco. What a mistake! I am just waiting to use the last of Huggies and will be ordering Pampers Sensitive wipes again. They are much easier to pull out of the wipes warmer and actually stay intact (unlike Huggies that come out in useless pieces). Yes, they are more expensive but actually much more efficient, so at the end it ends up being the same price.

The hospital gave me some when I went home from the hospital and I have been using them ever since. They last a long time and I will definitely order them again. I also got them earlier than expected which is a plus.

Dont like how these wipes have a slimy feeling. Almost has oil feel to it. Suppose to be sensitive but my kids still get diaper rash when using.

I have 2 kids, and both kids I have used an assorment of baby wipes, my oldest is 7 my youngest is 8 months and honestly besides the scented wipes, I really haven't noticed a difference in the sensitive and regular wipes. I have about 6 different kinds of wipes in the closest right now and I couldnt' tell you which one is which. They all work perfectly fine with no rashes or issues with our son.
