FuzziBunz Perfect Size Diapers -12pack Gender Neutral Colors SMALL

FuzziBunz Perfect Size Diapers -12pack Gender Neutral Colors SMALLWhen I was pregnant and researching cloth diapering, I wanted to try all the different kinds out. I bought one or two of nearly everything: different brands of prefolds, all sorts of All-In-Ones, some contours, various fitteds, pocket diapers with snaps, pockets with velcro, etc etc! Once we figured out what worked best, I expanded our stash of Fuzzi Bunz pocket diapers. My son is now almost 6 months old and we use them every day (we use something else at night.) The two rows of snaps make the diaper fit well around the waist and around his legs (and he has some chunky thighs!) He only rarely has any leaks and he doesn't get the ugly red marks on his thighs that some diapers leave. Pocket diapers are great because you can choose your level of absorbency by adding another insert for a heavy wetter or for nighttime. I wash our Fuzzi Bunz with Charlie's soap and machine dry on low and all of ours still look brand new! The colors are also very cute and we constantly get compliments! Overall, Fuzzi Bunz are great quality, easy to use, and adorable. We definitely recommend them to anyone interested in cloth diapering!

I've been using these diapers for about 3 weeks with my new baby boy, and so far I love them! He was only about 7 1/2 pounds when I started using them, and they've done very well. He never seems to be bothered by dirty diapers when wearing these, but before, in the disposables, he'd cry when he had a dirty diaper. They're very absorbent but not too bulky--all of his newborn and 0-3 month clothes fit just fine. They have leaked a couple of times, with urine coming out the side of the top somehow, but that's been very minor. He leaked much more when he was wearing disposables for the first week or two! I bought this pack to try out, and ended up buying 12 more diapers so I wouldn't have to wash as often. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing what colors would be sent. In the end, I liked most of the colors, but I probably wouldn't have picked some of them (like the bright purple). I also wish they included a white in the mix. But that's my only complaint. Overall, I think this is a great product and I will stock up in the medium size when he outgrows these. They're easy to use--the grandparents and other friends have had no problem changing him with these diapers.

UPDATED TO ADD: My son is now 6 1/2 months old, and we're still going strong with these diapers. He weighs 16 pounds now and is 26 inches long and we still have one more snap left to go before he'll need the next size. The only difference is that now I double the liners before he goes to bed at night, since I'm not changing him in the middle of the night anymore. They still leak occasionally with urine out the top, but I suspect that has to do with me forgetting to aim him down before I snap the diaper! Most breastfed poops are contained well, although every once in a while if it's a real blowout, some will leak out the legs. We've just started solids, so I don't know what the next poop chapter will be. My son has been in daycare for 2 months now, and it's been really easy to use the diapers there, too. I love these diapers!

I purchased about 5-6 different types of cloth diapers for my son when he was born in 2010 (bumgenius, happy heinys, flips, WAHM, fuzzibunz, kissaluvs) in a mixed diaper lot off of the website cottonswappers. As my son grew the fuzzibunz became our go to diaper. I purchased a lot of new fuzzibunz size small which lasted us from 4months-11months. They were great!! Easy to assemble, lasted with few leaks, and even contained all the mess he could make! Unfortunately, he outgrew them. In anticipation of this, I ordered the onesize diaper to try from the bumgenius website. Again, it was a great product, the terry inserts were quality with a luxurious thickness. When I was willing to commit the money, I decided to order another 6 diapers for my sone to last until he was potty trained. I was SORELY disappointed. Between 2010 and 2011 there was a SERIOUS quality change in the fuzzibunz product. The new version is now called the "Elite". The diapers are almost a half an inch narrower than the old version (okay for mobility, not for leaks) and the inserts are now a thin mink (vs. terry in the old version) that is almost a third as thick. Again the trimness is nice for mobility but for my now 23 month old, they last less than an hour. It such a pain! We put the Elite version at the bottom of the pile and try to use the old ones as much as possible. So sad that a once great product is now less quality.

This is just an incredibly good product. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

We have used these for over a year on one child and will be moving #2 into them. Thus far, the originals look pretty much the same as the day we bought them, (over a year), and, without going into detail, my little guy gave them quite the workout. Follow the directions and zero stains. No issues with snaps or anything and they fit great.

I was apprehensive about going cloth, but now greatly prefer it, as long as you are using FuzziBunz.

If you need a little extra absorbancy, like at night, they make inserts available at most baby stores, that are quick and easy to beef them up a bit. Only ever needed them at night. A little more prone to leaking than the disposables, (just a bit), but much more comfortable and easy on the baby.

One downside. They are a little too comfortable. Potty training out of these guys, especially the boys, can be tough. Added bonus, with the way the snaps work, they make ad-hoc training pants when go to potty training.

Must have!!!

I used fuzzi bunz in different sizes with my first child and absolutely loved them! When I became pregnant with my second, I decided to buy a couple more diapers and was excited to find a one size fuzzi bunz. This is a wonderful system and you never have to touch poopy messes! We have never had a blow out with either child either. I was concerned that the one size would be too big on my little girl, but they weren't that much bigger than the individual sizes. For some reason, our daughter started getting a little rashy (you can't use diaper creams with these diapers) so we started putting powder on her and now we don't have any problems. For night time absorption, I use a double sided liner (fleece and hemp), they are amazing (made by blueberry). One of the nicest things about using these diapers is that my house doesn't smell. Oh, and to contain the dirty diapers, we use a fuzzi bunz cloth diaper bag which hangs on the door and I just unzip the bottom and throw the whole thing in the washer! Once again-no touching poop! These diapers hold up great, I loaned them to a friend, so they are now being used on a third child and still look like new!

Update 2011: The diapers are still going strong, now on their fourth child! I recommend air drying the outer part of the diaper to avoid deteriorating the elastic. Just throw the thick liners in the dryer.

Nuby BPA FREE Infant Feeder Feeding Bottle Set, Color May Vary

Nuby BPA FREE Infant Feeder Feeding Bottle Set, Color May VaryI bought this at Walmart thinking what a great thing but really it was a hassle. you keep having to shove your finger up the back to push the food out and the way the little plunger part is you end up leaving food all stuck inside. The only thing I liked about it is that I took the little handle part off and noticed it fit all regular bottles so now I can use as kind of a training item. I recommend the Boon squirt. Way more convenient, no food wasted and costs the same at your local Target. The boon is a must have

Forget trying to clean this thing. The spoon and the bottles are impossible to clean. Also, forget putting stage 1 foods in these as it drips out the bottom!

i have a daughter who was born with a cleft lip and palate.. she has had her operations but she has no concept of how to latch onto a regular nipple and she can not suckle... this bottle gives her a long nipple to work with and the gum stimulater at the base of the nipple gives her something to latch to.. the bottle's push bottom allows me to push the formula to her when she no longer can or "forgets" for a moment.... this bottle does leak a little from the bottom, but thats the nature of the beast... i don't mind cause it allows me to teach my daughter how to eventually drink from a real bottle and then a sippy.. it comes with a sippy bottle to and it also has the push bottom!! i love this bottle.. it has also cut done on her colic, she takes in less air...

I put a cross cut nipple on the bottle, put food in, and son sucked it up. They worked great for eating on the go and for an impatient baby. Food was eating quickly!!

Avoid this product as it leaks making a miserable mess for baby and mommy. Don't waste your money on this product.

Luv N Care 3 Stage 7oz Nuby No-Spill Bottle, Pink-Purple

Luv N Care 3 Stage 7oz Nuby No-Spill Bottle, Pink-PurpleWe had to go through 3 bottles before we found one my daughter liked. The drop-ins and ventaire were no good, she took forever to eat. We switched to these and she is much more comfortable with them. She eats better and doesn't have as much gas because she latches better with these (she likes the smaller nipple). And the best part is even though it is a faster nipple it doesn't spill when we flip it to feed her (the medium and fast nipples on the others did). And now that she is older the nub are great for her gums.

love Nuby products. Comes with a regular nipple and a sippy nipple for older babies. My 10 month old loves it. Helps her get used to the transition to an actual sippy cup.

We started using this around 6 months. My LO was on the bottle on fast flow nipples and I would hate when he would turn it over and milk would pour straight out all over the carpet. :/ ... But even though the flow is a lot faster on this one, it does not pour out just by being upside down. Thank goodness. At 9 months he has switched to just these cups, and typically only uses the "sippy" nipple. I did not purchase them through amazon, but this is the exact same sippy that I got from my store. They have green and blue bottles in my store, can't seem to find those colors on Amazon though. Also, another thing that I really liked about this cup is that it had the measurements along the side like his bottle. When I was in the store looking at sippy cups this was a rarity.

Babymel Amanda Quilted Diaper Bag

BabyMel Amanda Diaper Bag - Quilted BlackThis Diaper bag is great!!! My daughter is only 9 months and this is my 3rd diaper bag to date, I started out with a Fleurville diaper bag sling tote and after about a month of frustrated use I called it quits! Second bag was a Ju-Ju-Be Pack-a-bee which is more of a large backpack and is wonderful for traveling or long days away from home BUT very big, bulky, and screams "Diaper bag." I really wanted an every day bag that looked simple and somewhat stylish. I compared this Babymel bag to the Skip*Hop Studio Tote in store and found this to be much more functional and light weight. The bottles we use didn't fit in the Skip*Hop bag's insulated bottle pockets (Located on the outside, so it's hard to deny your carrying a diaper bag with a bottle visible from the outside) but were nicely hidden away in this Babymel bag w/o taking up too much space from the interior. This bag is less structured then the Skip*Hop bag and can really fit MUCH More then you would think! I was able to fit: 2 bottles, plastic formula holder, 4 diapers, case of wipes, Changing Mat, Change of clothes, bib, hooded sweater, little case of food, 2 large toys, my essentials (Hand sanitizer, Lipstick, compact, phone), a paci, and some other random items with LOTS of room to spare! The two outside front pockets are nice for the important items (ie binkie, cell phone) and I used the larger back pocket to hold the Changing Mat. The strap is nice, and easier to attach to a stroller then I found Skip*Hop's to be on the Studio Model. The fabric is OK but it doesn't look too cheap, and from a distance it looks very nice even my husband was impressed!

Over all a great everyday bag for the mom who wants a bit of style out of her diaper bag!

My daughter is almost 5 and I still need to bring her snack, fruit or drink when we go out. I was using Aldo as mommy bag, and because I had used that bag a lot, so the zipper eventually broken after 2 months. Besides, the bag isn't water proof, so my daughter's drink spilled water in my bag a lot.

I finally decided to find better quality, waterproof, affordable, stylish and functional bag. I did a lot of research and finally ordered this bag from Amazon. When I got mine, The bag looks great! The perfect size for me (I am a petite girl, I need some bag not too big, not too small). I carry this bag with me all the time and I get compliments from friends and family. They don't even realize I am using diaper bag until I told them.

Note: The outside 2 SIDE pocket can PUT -My daughter's Thermos. Foogo water Bottle (Length: 7.5 "; Width: 2.5 ")

The bag contains a lot of pockets either inside or outside, (Outside: 5 pockets, Inside: 6 pockets)

it easy for me to manage my stuff and my daughter's snack or drink.

I highly recommended this bag !

My kids are 22 months and 8 monthsand I wish that I had gone with my initial instincts when looking at bags while pregnant with number two. I almost purchased this bag then but decided to go with the Ju Ju Be Packabe. Don't get me wrongthat is a nice bagbut it is huge, heavy, and you definitely could not get away with disguising it as a regular purse. It ended up being relegated to the car trunk, where it still sits waiting with supplies in case of emergency situations like blowouts, stranded with a hungry kid needing a bottle, etc.

I just received this bag today and tore into the box in anticipation. The bag presents beautifullyit is a slouchy hobo style purse with a gorgeous quilted jet black print of upside down hearts. It also comes with a little Babymel keychain that is a heart. I normally don't go for heart-type stuff, but it is so cute and fashionable that it is delightful. The inside is a beautiful rockstar pinkbright and easy to find your contents. There are 6 inside pockets, a deep bottom, two front outside pockets that are narrow at the top and wide at bottom so things don't fall out, one insulated bottle pocket that zips so you don't see the bottle (though you either have to have a short 8 oz bottle or a 4 oz. I wasn't able to fit an 8 oz Drop-in with a cap in it) and one long back pocket with a magnetic clasp.

Basically, it holds everything you need. With two under two you can just imagine my bag contents: 4 diapers, wipes, boogie wipes, 2 books, snacks, spare toys, baby food jars, spoons, bibs, formula, table covers, flashcards, my own wallet and personal items, etc etc. Despite this the bag is very light when full, and has a nice heft that makes it easy to wear on one shoulder or cross-body. I love that it attaches to the stroller too. I have a Chicco Together which has a very wide bar, but the straps fit easily. I do use the Ju Ju Be "Be Ju Ju Be Be Set Bags, Dizzy Daisies" to keep the insides organized.

The only complaint I have is that they didn't take the time to apply a shoulder padding to the strapwhich is wide but thin nonetheless. It isn't exactly painful to wear, but it could be more comfortable. I am going to finagle this myself.

Wonderful bag, you can use it as both your purse and your baby bag...you will not be disappointed!

This is my 6-7th diaper bag. I now have 2 kids and really like something that can be worn messenger style or on the shoulder. This bag is the right size and the outside looks nice. However, that is where my liking ends. The bag is crinkly and the inside material feels very cheap. I was also expecting insulated bottle pockets on both sides of the bag not true. There is only one pocket. Bummer since I have two kids and thus two sippy cups. Pretty disappointed about this. While I was waiting to receive this bag I was using our spare Diaper Dude bag. I was previously using a skip hop versa bag, and liked it until the lining ripped out. Both of those bags are super functional with lots of zipper pockets. This bag also has lots of pockets but they don't zip closed. The large back pocket has a small magnetic button. Which is ok, but I would have loved 1 or 2 outside zipper pockets especially for my phone to be easily accessible but secure. I didn't realize how much I liked/needed pockets that zip closed until I don't have it. There is a small zipper pocket inside for keys and such which is nice. I would have liked a key hook like the diaper dude has and might just sew one in myself. Overall this a decent bag, but not worth anywhere near the price tag and is missing some key features in my opinion.

All throughout my pregnancy, I knew that I wanted to get a diaper bag that was both stylish and functional. I definitely didn't want anything big and clunky with cartoonish-prints all over it...and I also didn't want something so small and designer-like that it would compromise it's use. That said, I started doing a little research on-line, and came across the two front-runners in my diaper bag search: the SkipHop Studio Diaper Bag and the BabyMel Amanda Diaper Bag. Right up until my 7th month, I was completely torn over which of the two I should buy. Then, I finally decided upon the Amanda Bag purely because of its practicality (i.e., the ability to attach it to the handles of a stroller over having to constantly carry it), and I'm certainly glad that I did! My little one is just over a year now, and this bag is still holding strong. It has transitioned well from a baby bag to a toddler bag, with plenty of room for all of the essentials (built-in changing pad, side zipper for sippy cup, accessible outside pockets for mommy-things, etc.). My only gripe is the following: around my son's 9th month or so, the bottom of the velcro on the handle straps began to peal back a bit. Ever since then, I have had to be extremely careful when attaching/removing the bag from our stroller, so as not to damage it any further. This is slightly annoying but we also use that feature of the bag constantly, so it may just be part of normal wear and tear. My other comment would be that this bag may be a bit small for any mommies who are trying to cram multiple kiddos things into it. It works perfectly for us, being that we only have one child so far. Although, I do admit that if we have another, I will probably be forced to upgrade to something bigger. All in all, however, I am very happy with my choice, and would recommend this bag to other expectant mother's of one. If you are the looking for something that can transition well from baby-carry-all to purse then the Amanda Bag is the one for you!
