I have purchased nipples all over the world from Shanghai to Queensland and deep in the rain forest and I have to say these are the absolute BEST nipples that I have ever used. No not really but Amazon makes us type a minimum of 20 words so people end up fabricating ridiculous things to say about innocuous items like silicone nipples. I purchased these for juice mixed with medication. The liquid medication granules did not get caught in the nipple like it did with other Nuby nipples. The variable flow nipples didn't work well for my son as he would get the liquids way too quickly. Not a good thing for an infant with reflux.
