I got these to replace spouts on sippy cups, but these are much bigger than I thought. Will just get them at the store so I can physically see the size. Lesson learned.

As for performance I don't know and am not spending the extra on the rest to find out.

These are very fast flowing if you ask me. My son is an eater and will suck down some milk but these nipples are too fast and he chokes on the food. And these nipples collapse a lot. Avent is much better!!

I liked the shape and wide base, and baby seemed to take the nipple quite well with a wide open mouth pretty close to when baby gets milk from Mom. This was to be used as a once a day feeding to give Mom a break or to cover an emergency feeding. As others have stated, this nipple lets out a lot of milk very quickly.
