Nuby 9 oz Printed Insulated Cup 2 Pack - orange/purple

Nuby 9 oz Printed Insulated Cup 2 Pack - orange/purpleMy daughter(2) and nephew(3) loved it since the first moment they saw it... I've been trying to get rid of the bottle for a long time now, and this was the only one that got them to try something else. I haven't had any problems with leaks and I shake the cup to mix the milk. At first when dinking they would leak but it's becasue since the tip is not flat whatever milk that came through and not drank by the child it would spill, but my daughter got a hang of it and won't take it out until she clears the milk that it left on the tip of the sippy so now that is not a problem any more. What can I say a time saver from washing and sterilizing bottles.

I really liked the Mega Sip cup so I decided to buy another Nuby, but this one leaks. Everytime my son used it, his shirt got soaked, no matter how tight the lid was. Do not get this.

It'd be one thing if this product leaked a little here and there. NO! Every nuby product I've purchased or was given to me as a gift including this one leaked ALL the contents anytime it was on it's side.

It soaked my carpets and spilled all over our tile.

I wouldn't recommend ANY nuby product to anyone.

Like the other Nuby sippies, these cups work great. The seals will break after time (or with vigorous washing or chewing). I found that the plastic in these cups seems to be a bit stiffer than the other Nuby sippies so I haven't had any of these break yet (been using about 1.5 yrs). My daughter likes them all the same.

I had purchased a variety of valve/insert sippy cups in order to find the 'right' one...fortunately for us, a friend had discovered the Nuby line and raved about the valve-less design and how easy it was for breastfed babies to transition. At nine months baby made the switch from breast to sippy cup without any problems (we opted not to introduce baby to the bottle). LOVE this sippy cup...have both insulated and regular and both work well. One caveat: vigorous shaking and smashing onto a solid surface often results in drips. Overall, a great sippy cup!
