My 6 month old loves these. They are really easy for him to hold on to. The only thing I don't like is that they don't stay cold long enough.

The positives: The teethers are easy for my daughter to hold on her own. The water/liquid is throughout the entire teether, so now matter how ungracefully, she shoves it in her mouth, she will feel the coldness.

The negative: They cannot be frozen, only refrigerated. Thus, the coldness wears off relatively quickly. Because of this, I find myself to turning to other teethers a lot so I'm not running them back and forth to the fridge to re-cool.
