Chewbeads Greenwich Necklace

There is an awful smell so bad that after 3 washings and one run through the dishwasher it still smells. Not as strong as it did pulling it out of the plastic, but once I had it around my neck I couldn't help keep wondering what that terrible smell could be and then I realized it was the necklace. The necklace is really pretty IMO and it does pull your hair it will pull it out so be careful. My daughter does like it but I can't get past the smell and wonder what kind of toxic odor she is going to smell like from having that in her mouth.

These beads are ugly, enormous and hang very low (probably so they are easy to put on and get off)I would never wear them as a piece of jewerly. Once opened, they have a strong plastic/ rubbery smell that still hasn't dissipated after 24 hours of airing out and several soaks in water and liquid dish soap. Dog hair and lint cling to the silicone like crazy and I am constantly trying to remove it before my son puts it in his mouth. It is extremely difficult to remove the hair! The hair accumulates even if you put them in a place without dog hair. My son puts the beads in his mouth for a few seconds, makes a funny face and then spits them out. He doesn't like them as a teether but it keeps him occupied as a toy. Don' t waste your money on this item. For the cost you can buy several teether toys and probably find one your child likes.

I am very happy with my chew beads! I wish I didn't wait so long to buy them. I still think they are a little pricy, but glad I made the purchase. They look great, easy to wear and clean. My baby seems to enjoy them. I use a baby sling a lot, and when I wear the necklace the combination keeps her very happy. Makes it great to go out to places with her. Only downfall is the necklace sometimes pulls at the hair at the base of my hair line.

For when I really want to wear a chunky statement necklace, this is perfect. My son is in the throes of teething so everything is considered fair game. Word to the wise, when I say it's a chunky statement necklace, it is suuuuuper chunky. Nothing dainty bout this thing.

But when it's knotted between every bead (for safety) and even the clasp is ok to be chewed on (for safety!), this is the perfect thing for a mama who wants to wear her baby to the grocery store, weddings, and bbqs!

Pampers Easy Ups Diapers, Boy, Size 5, 23-Count

...I was reminded why I didn't like this underwear-esque style of diaper. It's just not as good as a regular diaper, and it did nothing to help us with potty training. He could've cared less that it wasn't a normal diaper, that it was a 'big boy' diaper. It also leaked, which was an odd thing for us as Pampers users.

But I will concede that perhaps at 2 we're not quite ready for the transition, and these might prove more useful later when he is closer to wanting out of his diapers.

Nuby No Spill Cup With Reversible Valve, 9 Ounce

I am writing for anyone who may be considering this cup. I searched amazon for a simple, no spill cup. I read the reviews to make sure I was getting a good product. This cup received 5 stars. I would not give it more than 1 star. The valve works great. That is not what makes it leak. It actually leaks out the side. Trust me, I am not new to the whole sippy cup world. I have tried several brands. I also know that sometimes it is your error and you need to try putting the cover on again. That was not the problem. Now, these cups were very inexpensive so I am not too upset. I just wished that they worked! I will continue to use them but only for water.

We order many children's items for our boy on Amazon. Many of these don't give you an option of choosing a color. Be warned, Amazon has nothing but pink stuff laying around. Of the 10 "colors vary" things we've ordered for ourselves and friends 8 of them have been pink. No blues, greens, yellows. Just pink pink pink.

The cup is great but unless you like pink I would just buy from your local BRU.

I have 3 kids, one on the way. I love these cups and have used these with all of them. This is the only kind of sippy cup I buy now. Screw on cap prevents spills, and as long as the valve stays on, no leaks. After several years, the valves sometimes wear out, but that's life. These suppy cups are cheaper than many and functional. They're cheaper at Walmar by about $1, but at $3 on amazon, still not bad.

My family loves this cup. I have about 8 of them for my two boys (ages 2.5 and 15 months) I have never had one leak, out the side or the top!! they are about $1.50 at walmart. I also love that they stack together and you can use any lid for any cup.

After trying at least 4 other types of sippy cups, this was the only one my daughter would take -and that was great, because they were incredibly cheap. 6 years later I'm looking for a cup for my infant son, and I am so glad they still make this. The newer, valveless design of Nuby sippy cups appears to address the one drawback of this cup, which is the relative difficulty of cleaning the valve. However, that was a small price to pay for a cup my daughter would drink out of, and is so negligible compared to the benefit that I'm giving this a 5. Plus they're still pretty cheap, so you can buy a bunch of them to have handy anywhere -cars, diaper bags, strollers, home, grandparents' house etc.
