Pampers Swaddlers are the most reliable diapers ever. We use them for our 5mo old and 17mo old. We wouldn't use any other diaper, and we've tried a few.

The previous review on this item is bogus. 4x30 is referring to the size of the package not quantity of diapers.

I love this product for my "princess & the pea" daughter. The line indicating a wet diaper makes both mother & child very, very happy.
