Our twin grandsons were born, as twins usually are, prematurely. Although over five pounds each, being boys, they have small hips and the normal preemie Swaddlers were still too big. We were very happy to find these for the new boys and our daughter and son-in-law were extremely happy to have them delivered so they didn't have to waste their time looking for them in stores. They fit perfectly but, hopefully, not for too long, as the boys are already growing well!

I got the wrong size,but my granddaughter has a birthday soon. She is donating her presents to our local hospital and I plan on giving these as one of her presents.

I needed preemie diapers for my 4 pound 11 oz preemie grandson. So I ordered these because the newborn diapers were a little too big. However these diapers only fit preemies up to 4 pounds. This should be stated in the description. There is a larger preemie diaper size small, but these extra small were too small.
