Graco Lovin Hug Easy Entry Open Top Curved Frame Swing

Graco Lovin' Hug Swing With Plug-In, AllyI bought a second hand swing at a thrift store and used it every day for about a month before the motor died; our baby loves to swing for naps and when I'm showering, cooking or otherwise can't hold her. I immediately began researching for a new swing and ordered this one Sunday night. The swing arrived the following Friday afternoon. She and we LOVE this swing!

Our baby is 12 lbs, 24 inches, 11 weeks old. The seat is deep so we have to put a little pillow in the bottom for her to sit on, otherwise she slides forward and is too slumped to be comfortable. I'm glad the swing is deep because she'll be able to use it as she grows. I've read reviews that said the tray is hard to open and makes a loud noise; I find the tray easy to open with one hand and it's very quiet if you're careful. If you're in a hurry it does make a snapping sound as it clicks into place. We ditched the mobile because it interferes with the swinging arm (as someone else noted in his review) and the toys are directly over the baby's head where she can't see them anyway. Will have to think of a solution when baby really starts noticing toys.

The swing has 6 settings; we use the high setting to calm her and help her get to sleep as recommended by Dr.Karp in "Happiest Baby on the Block", then put the swing on a low setting while she sleeps. The swing has a timer option but if you don't use the timer, it DOESN'T automatically shut off as other swings do. We like that it works continuously since she sleeps in the swing at night (right beside my side of the bed where I hear her every sniff and sigh). She was sleeping five hours at a time in her co-sleeper but in the swing she sleeps up to 12 hours with one night-time feeding.

I feel comfortable letting her sleep in the swing since we swaddle her tightly (also rec. by Karp) and the swing is deep as noted above. We don't use the complicated 5 point straps since we swaddle her and use the tray for restraint. Even when she isn't swaddled we feel safe leaving her unstrapped (with an adult monitoring in the same room) and she is very active--always kicking and flailing her arms while awake. She can't turn herself over yet though, so we may have to use the straps later. Another reason we feel safe letting her sleep in the swing is that even with poor neck strength at this age, her head doesn't flop forward even on the highest setting. I haven't had to adjust the swing back so can't comment on that; when we first put it together she reclined nicely in it.

I'm thrilled so far with the battery life. We've been using the swing every day and night for nine days now; we frequently use the high setting and the batteries show no sign of slowing.

Others have commented that the music is boring and "nature sounds" are horrible. They are. We don't use the music since she doesn't seem to care about it and we'd be better off turning on a CD of classical music instead. We don't use the nature sounds either since we use a floor fan for white noise that she likes, but in defense of Graco (whether they planned this or not) Karp points out that babies love white noise which is what the "nature sounds" sound like. White noise is similar to what baby hears in the womb--a loud shhhhhh as blood rushes through mother's circulatory system.

The swing is very quiet even on the high setting; as I said she sleeps in it beside me and I'm a light sleeper.

While the swing is bulky, I'm still able to pick it up and move it daily from bedroom to living room to kitchen without too much trouble. It's bulky but not heavy. The legs do fold for storage.

So the CONS for us---mobile is useless, have to push "off" button up to six times to get the swing to stop swinging, straps are laughably complicated---maybe to prevent older children from removing baby before mom has a chance to notice?? maybe to prevent lawsuits??

PROS for us---deep, large, comfy seat; weight limit 30lbs instead of more common 25 lbs; removable head immobilizer; quiet, easy to open tray; quiet motor; great speed settings; sturdy frame; fairly easy to move around house; no automatic shut off; long battery life with frequent swing use; removable, washable swing cover; easy to put together (30 minutes tops); reliable name brand; price is great esp. with Free Super Saver Shipping; and of course the baby LOVES this swing!

If the swing ends up having a short lifetime, I'll update my review.

After trying out the Fisher-Price Rainforest swing, we thought our little baby boy was just not a "swinging" baby. Well, that all changed after we tried out this swing.

We've used it for about 2 weeks now, about 1-3hrs a day, and the batteries are still working great even at the highest speed with the music on. Our "little boy" is almost 19lbs at 4 months, but this swing has no problem keeping up the momentum.

The music is actually not that bad and although the nature sounds loop every 3 seconds, it seemed to calm him when he was being a bit fussy the other night, so if scratchy "water" sounds are going to put him to sleep, I'm not going to question it.

I highly recommend this swing, especially if your baby is a bit above average like ours. =)

Our daughter is only 1 week old, 7 lbs, but seems very comfortable in the swing. It fits well, has multiple recline angles, and adjustable head/body support and straps. Music is very relaxing, 10 classical tracks, nature sounds are ok. Tray has attachment points for toys, but not included. Haven't found website to purchase them either, Amazon does not offer as accessory. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble by myself. Directions not great. Buy recharchable D-cell batteries (x3). If you use it reguraly I could see the cost of contemporary batteries adding up.

My son weighs 22 pounds and loves to swing on his outside swing. I bought this for inside when the weather is bad. It seems sturdy and comfy. We all like the music it plays. The bird sounds are like static, but the music is nice! I recommend this it is hard to find swings that hold up to 30 lbs.

12 Pack FuzziBunz Cloth Diapers-BOY Colors MEDIUM

12 Pack FuzziBunz Cloth Diapers-BOY Colors MEDIUMWe love the fuzzibunz diapers and recently moved on from the size small to the size mediums. Yes, they can be a bit pricier with the sizing options but the fit is beyond compare, especially to the one size fits all options. There is less bulk with fuzzibunz which means a smoother fit and less leaks. The adjustability of each diaper makes them wearable for quite awhile. We movedonto size mediums at 6 months. If you plan on having more than one child as well, these cloth diapers become very cost efficient when compared to disposables and great for the baby. So far we have been using size mediums for 1 month and no leaks!

HUGGIES Naturally Refreshing Baby Wipes With Cucumber & Green Tea 1000 Count,

HUGGIES Naturally Refreshing Baby Wipes With Cucumber & Green Tea 1000 Count,When our babies were young we used Seventh Generation wipes because they're thinner (easier to reach tiny crevices) and chlorine-free. After several months, however, bigger, thicker wipes were necessary and these are perfect. They're alcohol-free, so they don't burn irritated skin. They smell great. The refill packets are very handy (two babies in diapers), and the plastic tubs are about the best-designed we've found. (We re-use them to store crayons, matchbox cars, etc.).

These wipes are so thick and they smell sooo good! They do the job (or should I say dirty job)...with as little as two wipes! I used to use up to five wipes with the thinner pampers wipes. The storage is great. They come in large resealable bags that you can use to fill up their plastic tubs. They have these at Costco for 23.00 and is a way better deal than any of these prices.

I only have positive to say about this product. Smells fresh, gives huggies reward points. Fits inside of the refillable canister. Does not make my son scream out in pain nor do they seem to rough on his skin.

If one thinks their baby may need special non scented sensitive skin wipes, then cut to the chase and get those wipes first. These wipes may not be suitable for every single baby butt out there.

I ordered the baby wipes just a couple days ago and wasnt actually expecting them to arrive until some of the other things I ordered started to roll in, since I actually ordered the wipes after the other stuff, but I was happily surprised this evening when someone came by with my stuff. Its good to know that punctuality does still matter to some people, and I sincerely appreciate the effort. Thanks so much. :0)

Playtex Diaper Genie Refill 270 count (pack of 3)

Playtex Diaper Genie Refill 270 countThere are hundreds of reviewers who rightly complain about the price of these refills. I'm quick to join them. However, the Daiper Genie just flat-out works too well to retire so here's what we do to save money.

When the Genie gets full, I pull the bag out and use scissors to cut the bottom knot off and let all the dirty diapers fall into a trash bag or grocery bag, which I then tie up and toss in the outside garbage. I then simply retie the Genie Refill bag and use it again. It doubles (or triples) the life of the refills.

These refills are ok. The system works pretty well at reducing odors...but I just can't cope with the idea of continuing to spend $7-11+ for four bags (which is what we get from each one of these refills).

I decided to try buying kitchen-size trash bags with an odor-block feature. I put the kitchen bag down through the chute and tuck the top around the top of the area that you open to install an official refill. Then when the whole thing is full, instead of tearing the bag and knotting it to start a new one, I just take the old bag out and put a new bag in. Turns out it works fine. When the diaper genie is full it is the equivalent of 1/2 a kitchen trash bag! Since I bought the kitchen bags specifically for the diaper genie, I don't feel like I need to fill the other half of the bag to get my money's worth or something...but, just saying, each of the official refills basically holds less than two kitchen trash bags worth of diapers. For $7-11+.

So, with the official refill you're spending $1.75-2.75 per bag, and you have to do the awkward cut and tie with a full bag of diapers, but it looks a little prettier because no portion of the bag is exposed outside the system.

With Hefty 45 Count 13 Gallon Cinch Sak® Tall Kitchen Bags E86755 you're spending .17 per bag, and it is less awkward, but it is not as pretty because top of the bag shows outside the system.

I guess it just depends on what is important to you, but we'd much rather have the top of the bag show and get 10 times as many bags for the same price. This also means that we don't have to remember to buy bags often at all. We just bought a box of 45 bags and it's lasting quite a while.

I still feel like these things are very overpriced for what amounts to a long tube of plastic bag, but there really is no other choice if you want to continue using a diaper genie. I tried the trick that others mentioned of using a standard garbage bag wrapped around an empty diaper genie dispenser, and that worked, but it filled up pretty fast and the garbage bag did absolutely nothing to control odors so we ended up with a very stinky nursery. So, now we are back to the Playtex brand refills and paying what feels like too much for them.

It's no coincidence that these have a giant hole in the middle, since at the end of the day that's what they are a giant hole to stuff your money into. They run out very quickly, the plastic is super thin and tears easily, and they do absolutely NOTHING to control the odor.

Here's a better solution, for those of you looking:

I bought the "Odor Grabber" (http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Trend-Grabber-Refill-White/dp/B004FEP0GQ/ref=pd_cp_ba_0) from Walmart and then used the included adapter ring to use regular garbage bags. Not only do regular bags not fill up as quickly, but having a built in drawstring on the bags was a HUGE bonus no more struggling to tie off the refills.

Precious Moments Prayer Doll - Boy

Precious Moments Prayer Doll - BoyA friend got this as a gift and I needed to get one when I saw it. It comes in a girl doll and a boy doll, among others. The prayer is sweet, "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray my Lord my soul to keep, the angels watch me through the night and keep me in your blessed sight, AMEN" (Nothing about dying before waking which I think might scare a little one quite a bit, not to mention prompt a whole lot of questions). I haven't figured out how to change the batteries, but then again, in 4 years have not had to. Additionally the only annoying thing about it is that sometimes the kids roll over onto the doll while they sleep and all of the sudden there is a doll talking through the baby monitor.

This little prayer boy has been a great part of my son's bedtime routine since he was born and he is a year now. We say our prayers together every night with the prayer boy. We love it so much that I ordered this one for my girlfriend who is having a little boy.

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers Size 4 Jumbo Bag 31 Count (Pack of 4)

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers Size 4 Jumbo Bag 31 CountWhen I had my first baby I tried every kind of diaper out there, and Pampers Baby Dry worked best for us. Now that I have my second I didn't bother buying anything else. They fit well and get the job done :). Both of my little ones wear Baby Dry at night, and both sleep at least 8 hours and we do not have any issues with leaking. I'm not saying leaking never happens, but when it does it's usually because of what the little one had to eat or drink, or because he/she is ready for the next size up. I think they are a quality product, and will use them until we don't need them anymore!

I havne't used the mobile at all and it didn't fit in the bag very well, that would be my only complaint, but it wasn't a big deal to me.

Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-Count

Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-Count BoxesI hate nursing pads. I hate that they get all wrinkly and folded over if you have them in longer than five minutes, and how they're all heavy and yellow when you take them out. I hate that you can see them under your shirt, and that if you forget to change them you get chafed and sore. That said, I hate Lansinoh the least. I systematically tried every nursing pad made, from all price ranges and brands, and these are the least hateful. They modestly hide under your clothing, and let me go to work with my mind on my job, not my blouse. They're very absorbant, and don't leave you with that nasty damp feeling, even if you forget to change them for a bit.

I recently had my first child and started my search for a breast pad soon thereafter. I've tried at least 5 brands at this point. I started with the original version of these Lansinoh pads and they were very absorbant, but just too scratchy for my sore nipples. So then I proceeded to try several other brands that either didn't absorb much at all or didn't have any adhesive, etc. While trying to decide what I was going to try next, I noticed that the label on the Lansinoh pads said it was new and improved, "Now Even Softer"! Yay, just what I was looking for.

These new pads are:

1. absorbant

2. have two adhesive strips to keep them in place

3. are much softer than the original version I had tried in September of 2010

4. are individually wrapped, so I can pack them in my purse without worrying about them getting dirty and can only change 1 if I need to

5. I personally have never had a problem with them being able to be seen on me and the only time they have bunched for me is after feeding my son and trying to put the bra back into place, which would happen no matter which brand you use

6. I have also never had one break open

7. I have only had them leak once, and it was extremely full at that point (I had too much milk and was trying to wait as long as possible before pumping)

I guess I don't know how they could improve them much unless they found a way to keep them from bunching up while feeding a baby.

I got these for my wife. I had bought a small box at another store and she liked them, so I bought the 4-pack box from Amazon. It turns out that the small box I had bought earlier was an "ultra-soft" variant and the 240 that arrived from Amazon were the regular old sandpaper variant. My bad I should have read the description more carefully. My wife tried to use them for a few days, but finally gave up and sent me out to get the good ones again. Don't get these, get the softer ones instead.

These nursing pads have been working out great for me. Priced well on Amazon, too. I knocked off a star only because yes they may slip a bit sometimes, but if you are nursing all the time you will be adjusting them on a regular basis anyway so not really a problem. I wear these all day long, and they have kept my skin in great shape. They have proven to hold a good deal of milk on nights when my little one lets me get a nice block of sleep. As with all nursing pads you want to change them if they get the least bit damp or you could be asking for trouble, so it's nice to have a good supply on hand...but honestly now that I am well established with nursing I generally only need to use two sets per day (new set in morning, and new set after shower). If positioned properly and changed regularly I have never had these leak through clothes or anything. Will use them as long as I am nursing.

I bought a box from another retailer and they were great. Found this subscription on Amazon and bought 240 of them. By the time I opened them it was too late to return to Amazon. These were NOT the same as what I had purchased originally: hard and scratchy, not as absorbent or soft, thinner, and only one adhesive on each pad instead of the two in my first box.

Pampers Swaddlers Diapers

Pampers Swaddlers Diapers Big Pack Size Newborn 84 CountCustomer review from the Amazon Vine Program Note: This is an old review and Pampers has dropped the "Dry Max" branding, but the "Swaddlers" and "Cruisers" line use an updated version of the "Dry Max" formulation and construction (adjusted for the age of the baby the product is targeted for).

If you read down the list of reviews, you will find two basic camps: "I love this diaper" or "It gave my baby a terrible rash". Now this seems true of just about any diaper, but the reaction against the new "Dry Max" pampers has been particularly vocal. So the question any parent would naturally ask is: will this diaper give my baby a rash? My answer: Well... maybe.

First of a bit about diapers: To over simplify a little, diapers keep your baby dry using two things: "SAPs" or Super-absorbent polymers and Cellulose (made from wood pulp). There are some other materials in the diaper, but the real work is being done by these two ingredients. Cellulose can hold a limited amount of water when under pressure (i.e. a baby sitting or lying in a wet diaper will apply pressure to part of it) so SAPs are brought in to provide a more absorbent and stable moisture trap.

Now a little diaper history: the two main diaper manufactures are Proctor and Gamble (Pampers and Luvs) and Kimberly Clark (Huggies). Kimberly Clark is a paper and wood products company and they brought their considerable expertise to the table when they created the successful "Huggies" line of diapers. Proctor and Gamble countered by leveraging its extensive chemical portfolio and began a long drive to improve their SAPs which allowed them to use less cellulose and make thinner diapers than Huggies. Huggies do use SAPs, but they are less advanced than what P&G has brought to the market.

As a result you have more cellulose between skin and SAP in a Huggies than in a Pampers. If the SAP, or some other chemical related to engineering the SAP into the diaper is the cause of the mysterious rashes, this could be why Papers is getting a lot of flack: With "Dry Max" P&G claims to be using a new a powerful SAP. So it seems plausible that Dry Max Pampers may be more likely to trigger a rash, but nobody knows for sure. One unproven theory is that the powerful SAPs are drawing moisture out of the skin making it crack, which when exposed to urine and bacteria leads to a rash. It's also possible that fragrance is the culprit (there are some vocal advocates of this theory but I don't find the evidence definitive). Proctor and Gamble is sticking by its claims that Dry Max Cruisers don't cause any more rashes than the old Cruisers.

In my personal experience the child with sensitive skin couldn't wear Pampers (only Huggies) and the child without could wear anything (Pampers included). My best advice would be that if your child has sensitive skin they may be happier in Huggies but otherwise you are probably fine with Pampers. I usually found that Huggies were a better fitting diaper but that varied depending on the kid and their age. I think that fit is more kid specific than diaper specific (no two brands fit the same and depending on your baby's shape one is likely to fit better than another and the "best" brand may change as your child grows).

I think it simply comes down to getting a small pack and trying them out. If your baby seems to react, has more rashes or you get a lot of leaks, just move on to something else.

I have just finished my diaper trial period with my 6 week old son. I tried Pampers Swaddler's Dry Max, the old Pampers Swaddler's, Huggies and Up and Up, all in size 1. My son is long and lean. He is breastfed, and has a large BM every 2-3 days. This is important when choosing a diaper. He does not have sensitive skin.

Pamper's I see little difference in dryness between the new and the old diapers. The old Swaddler's had the wetness indicator, but the new ones are very firm when wet. I prefer this, because I do not need to unbutton his pants to see the wetness indicator, but my husband prefers the stripe. When he has a BM, both old and new Pampers leak around the legs approximately 50% of the time. Neither one leaks urine, but both must be changed every 2 hours or so. I think the Dry Max version is slightly better with urine. They are cut rather large around the legs, which isn't great for his chicken butt.

Up and Up (Target) Good diaper for the price. My go to diaper when we're home, but I don't entirely trust them when we're out. Again, the diaper is cut large around the leg openings, and leak during a BM about 50% of the time. No wetness indicator on the size 1, but diaper becomes firm when wet. Diapers slightly better than Pampers for urine. Not as soft at Pampers, but the baby doesn't seem to mind. A little difficult to put on. My mother won't use them because she finds them too stiff. Diaper tends to bunch up in the front when it is wet. He looks like he could lose his diaper when he's wet.

Huggies l'il Snugglers This is my diaper of choice. Diapers are cut trimmer, which is great for a leaner child. If your child is chubby, this diaper is probably not for you. Diapers are soft inside and out about on par with the new Pampers. Tabs stick well, and do not bunch. Holds in BM 100% of the time, and does not leak urine. Some moms report increased diaper rash with this diaper, but my little man has not had this problem. Diaper is firm when wet. No wetness indicator. Diaper stays put through all the wiggling.

I keep both the Target and the Huggies on hand all the time. I have a large case of Pampers that I'm working my way through. They're fine, but just not the diaper for my little guy. I recommend you buy a few smaller packs and try them all side by side. You may find that a cheaper diaper works better than the brand name ones. The baby will be just as happy, and you'll save yourself some dough.

Edit (12/4/10): When writing the original review, I should have mentioned that Swaddlers did not always have the DryMax technology. This review was based on comparing the DryMax to the original Swaddlers. The original Swaddlers had a color indicator on the front of Size 1 diapers, which was great for new parents even though the DryMax does poof out when the baby wets the diaper. The original diapers also had a much softer powder scent. We are currently going back and forth between Pampers Cruisers Dry Max Diapers, Size 4, 140-Count and Pampers Baby Dry Diapers, Size 4 (22-37 Lbs), Economy Plus Pack, 176 Diapers (Packaging May Vary) (the kid grew!). I am still not a fan of the odor associated with DryMax (Baby Dry does not have it), but they certainly are thinner. Ultimately, we ask ourselves do they leak? do they smell weird? does it cause rash? Unfortunately the DryMax seems to always be a yes to the last two questions.

Original review: My husband and I purchased the Swaddlers to use with our newborn (born March 1 of this year) and were quite pleased until they changed to the DryMax. There is no longer a color-indicator for wetness, they smell horrible, and worst of all our son becomes absolutely miserable the moment he wets the diaper. We certainly don't want our child sitting around in a wet diaper, but when you purchase more expensive diapers you expect your child to be comfortable in them.

If they don't at least offer the old version again, we will not continue to use Pampers. It's a shame because it was such a great diaper!

like all the other reviews.. the new dry max is truly worse than before. the true test? i had owned my last bag of the original, soft swaddlers and finally finished them. the first night i started my 4 months old baby in the new dry max swaddlers, he leaked. i thought maybe my son is outgrowing the size or drank too much breastmilk, but he leaked again the next night. once i read other reviews of the leaky diaper, i was convinced it was no coincidence. the new dry max seems to puff up a lot once filled with pee, more than the old ones. and they do leak! i was a pampers loyal customer with my first child and also my second one now.. but i am thinking about switching to another brand of diapers. and yes, old cruisers from 3 years ago use to have the netted lining and they slowly got rid of it and started stocking the new type of diapers with no netting (thinner and smelly) and it does seem like they just slapped on the new name and finally 'officially' rolled out the 'new dry max cruisers.' sooo sad and disappointing. i loved pampers especially for the special netting-liner in the swaddlers and how soft they were. i felt like my babies didn't get diaper rash as easily because that special netting would catch the seedy yellow poop better and not let it rub on their bum-bums as harshly. BRING BACK THE OLD SWADDLERS AND CRUISERS!

I usually don't bother to write reviews, but this product is so disappointing I just had to warn other parents about this! I've always used Pampers Swaddlers for my almost 6-month old baby. When this new Swaddlers came out, I was so excited because I really loved this diaper. I mean, who doesn't want an improvement, right?

Much to my disgust, this new version of Swaddlers does not hold a candle to the previous one. Why? Here are my reasons:

IT'S NOT DRY AT ALL! I touch the diaper after I change my baby and it is really damp! Really disgusting!

CAUSES RASHES! Because it's not keeping your baby's skin dry, guess what? Here comes the rashes especially if you don't change your baby's diaper right away. I usually change my baby's diaper EVERY 3-4 hours, but now I always have to check because she needs to be changed as soon as she pees!

NO WETNESS INDICATOR! I think I know why Pampers removed the wetness indicator: because the diaper just doesn't stay dry! They should have renamed it Wet Max instead!

If you're expecting the same quality as the old Pampers Swaddlers, parents be warned! This is not what you'd want. You're probably better off buying the cheaper Pampers Baby Dry instead. As for me, I think I'm switching to the other brand!

Natural Touch Bottle and Nipple Drying Rack

Natural Touch Bottle and Nipple Drying RackThis bottle rack is great for drying my daughters sippy cups. It has a place to stash the valves and the lids. The arms on the rack snap up when not in use and it has a removable drip tray so its easy to clean. It also works well with my large water bottles and reusable coffee cups. It takes up more counter space than I had anticipated due to it having a round foot print instead of the square one like my old rack had. I would buy this again but I think this one will last forever.

I actually picked this up to dry my water bottles on. I don't have a place for a regular dish rack so I either left water in the bottom after washing or had to balance the bottles on a towel. This has made life easier and it works well.

I use the Playtex Vent-Aire bottles, which have a lot of little parts, and I was looking for a good, space saving rack to dry my bottles. This rack does a great job of dealing with all the parts and keeping my bottles organized. The only draw back is that I wish the drain pan was a little deeper... when I wash all of the bottles at once, sometimes the parts on the bottom don't get totally dry because there's too much water for it all to drain and dry.

This is a very compact drying rack. Takes up so little counter space. Easy to take apart and wash. Great little product.

I found this drying rack when I was looking for something to put all the different types of sippy cups on.

It works great for the cups, rings, and most of the nipples.

The larger nipples will fall off, but that is ok because of how the prongs are situated (they just fall into the bottom).

I agree about the draining feature (there isn't one).

I put mine on a lazy susan to help it spin easier because I'm impatient, but you may not feel the need.

I am however looking for a second one with more options because this one does not really work for the pumping mother. There isn't enough places to put the flanges, shields, etc but I will be keeping this one along side the other one to continue putting kiddo cups on.

The Diaper Clutch - Daisy Dreams

The Diaper Clutch - Daisy DreamsMy daughter really likes the convenience of this clutch. It could be just a tiny bit bigger to accommodate a little larger wipes package, but all in all it works. Not having to lug the full diaper bag into stores and restaurants is well worth the purchase.

The Pod 2-pack - NEW & IMPROVED butipod 2.0! Flexible Slim Soft Wipes Case, Thin Profile and Sturdy

The Pod 2-pack - NEW & IMPROVED butipod 2.0! Flexible Slim Soft Wipes Case, Thin Profile and Sturdy with Center Zipper for Easy Wipes Dispensing. You may look at this and wonder why not just carry your wipes in a Ziplock? Here's why it's better than that and all the other wipes holders. This holder is supper low profile so it can be slid into the far edge of your bag without loosing any precious space. The plastic is thick/sturdy but flexible so it stays upright and does slump to the bottom but at the same time bends and folds. The zipper is nice, you don't have to worry about the lid popping off and your wipes drying out. And because it's clear you can see exactly how many wipes you have left. Super easy to refill and can be really stuffed with wipes if you want because of the pleated sides. This was just what I needed for my diaper bag and because it came in a 2-pack I have one for both my small and large bag.

I recently got a new smaller purse and large wipes cans and bags of wipes don't fit. I tried using a ziplock bags but the wipes just balled up. I ended up using a handfull of wipes every time I tried to get ONE wipe out. This is the perfect case to carry a smaller amount of wipes (enough for one outing). It is thin and easily fits into my purse. It keeps the wipes nice, flat, and wet. It is easy to get one wipe out at a time. I'm glad it was a 2 pack. I keep baby wipes in one pod. In the other, I keep Clorox wipes for grocery cart handles and restaurant tables. (I'm a germ-a-phobe.)

Ok so I should have bought more of these. I put one in the car and my purse but I need like 4 more to put in the other car, diaper bag, swim bag, day care bag... etc. These are very well made and hold the moisture of the wipe inside. Plus the are cute! They fit more wipes than I thought they would so I was pleasantly surprised. I will be buying more!

I absolutely love my new butiPod (2.0 version). While the older version was still good, the new zipper is a huge improvement and has withstood the abuse of my four-year-old for over a month now. I love the thick matte plastic it's made out of very durable but still transparent so you can see inside. The zipper opens and closes easily and I can fill it with enough wipes to last a few days and then refill quickly before we head out. I love the thin profile, as it fits perfectly into my medium sized purse so I don't have to drag around a huge diaper bag. I'm a mom of 2 (4 and 18 months) and we LOVE this wipes case.

Looks like this just came out with v2 but i had purchased v1 couple weeks ago. Only the zipper head look different. Mine was plastic. Nonetheless i would not recommend this product. Can't believe that this item doesn't have a lower rating. It is so not worth more $2 or $3 bucks. I can't believe I paid $9. User needs to be very observant when zipping and your make sure to align the top part of the zipper to the bottom for it close. Don't expect this behave like real zipper where u zip and expect it to close. I'm moving the zipper back and forth constantly and checking twice or threw times to make sure I closed the item. Sucks! I really don't take time to write reviews on amazon BC most are pretty accurate...but with this item, I felt other buyers should be aware and not waste their money and pay so much for a poorly engineered product!

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers, Size 3, 28 Count

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers, Size 3, 28 CountThe only reason I gave these diapers 2 stars is because they prevent diaper rash if you aren't able to change a wet diaper right away. Otherwise they're awful. The baby powder smell is overpowering and stinks up the baby as well as the baby's clothes. They're also leaky at night because of the lack of padding in the back, so if the baby lays on his or her back while sleeping, protection is unreliable. They don't work for 12 hours at night like the package says. I've used Pampers in 2 other countries--Japan and the Philippines, and the American ones are cheap looking like the ones sold in the Philippines but cost more than the Japanese ones. The Japanese ones are unscented, don't leak at night, and are cheaper than the American ones sold in stores. The only good thing about buying them at Amazon is that you can get a better price on them, but in my opinion they're not worth buying at any price.

These are good diapers, don't leak (except for babies getting only breastmilk, more on that below) and can hold a lot of urine. A LOT.

The only problem I had is with stool leakage up the back, but that is because my daughter is only 3 months old (trying a bigger diaper to help prevent leakage because sometimes it goes up the back of her diaper only when she sits upright in her bouncy chair) and not taking solids yet (only on breastmilk, which creates a very runny/liquid-y stool compared to formula).

My conclusion is that these diapers were really intended for older babies on solids or perhaps formula. I will resume using them when she outgrows the Swaddlers and starts taking solids.

I would recommend these diapers over the Cruisers, which use Drymax and have caused rashes in some babies, including my daughter. I recommend Pampers over Huggies because their diapers are higher quality.

Pampers Big Kids Set

Pampers Big Kids SetAs stated, all the parts are interchangeable, which is very nice. There are a few things that need to be changed though. If you use a spout with the red top (normally used with a nipple) It doesn't vent as well as the training handles, so the cup collects a lot of suction. Also, the spouts are directly attached to the lids with training handles, so when you twist the handles onto the bottle, the spout moves, so it takes awhile to work it so that the spout is centered between the handles. A few of the tops are also very difficult to twist on evenly, but not all of them. They sit awkwardly on the top, and sometimes leak, and if you tighten them too much, they pop and release, and you have to start over (which is super annoying if you've just gotten everything centered). Some of the lids are also very loose, and will fall right off the top at the slightest angle. Again, it's not all of them, just some. Once everything is in its proper place though, my 1 year old son loves them and has no problem holding them himself with the handles.

i love burts products! this package was nice, but when they came, we were surprised they were so small. good product and a fair price but just....small.

We had bought a sampler at Target for the same price that had containers 4x the size. The picture is VERY misleading. The containers are tiny. Think small lip balm size. Or maybe the size of a silver dollar. Either way, I feel completely ripped off.

The picture makes items look a decent size, they are not. You've been warned. Heck, for the money you'd probably find a larger sampler locally. What a joke...

i loved the color (blue), and its a cool looking bottle opener however, the quiality is really cheap and it feels like it will crack and break apart at any moment. I wouldnt set it out at a party...i guess its for display only :(

The bottle opener cracked on its second use :(. Very funny novelty but the thing is hallow and has plastic seams that want to break into two with any added pressure. Its terribly made. Save your money. I bought three as gifts and ended up apologizing as I heard all three had broken with a few uses.
