Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 4, 126-Count

Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 4, 126-CountI have used a lot of diapers between my son and my daughter. I have tried many different brands, and I just love Huggies. I have never had any problems, and I feel they are good quality. The only time my kids ever leaked is when we use generic diapers or the Pampers baby dry (Pampers Cruisers are great, too!). I have always found that elastic waisted diapers work better and fit better, especially with mobile babies!

Little tip I learned: In my experience, if you don't unfold the elastic around the thigh before you put them on, the diapers will leak. It's not enough to just open them up and slap them on. When I started fully opening the diapers before putting them on, I stopped having a problem with leaks. (Of course, when you have a morning diaper that weighs a few pounds, it will leak for a different reason!!)

Also, I've seen a few reviews from parents who have stated that the Huggies bought online are of lower quality than what they have purchased in the stores. In my experience, I have never had this problem purchasing from Amazon, and I have never found this to be true. The Huggies I purchase from Amazon appear to be the same great Huggies I've always bought from my local grocery store, and local Walmart , and they react the same as any other "store purchased" diapers, with the exception that they arrive on my doorstep.

I like Huggies. I also like that I have figured out how to use them. First, you must make sure to "open" the diapers before you start to change your baby. The elastic is folded into the diaper and a gentle tug of your finger will flatten it out. Second, you must make sure that the elastic is not bent inward when you put the diaper on your baby. Follow these two rules and you shouldn't get many leaks. (You may be able to tell that these rules are based upon experience.) Good luck.

I have four children and each one of required a different brand of diaper. First and second babies could wear ANY diaper so I bought the cheaper store brand from Sam's club. Baby #3 needed Luvs. He leaked out of Huggies, Pampers worked, but so did Luvs which were cheaper. With baby #4, Huggies is the only thing he DOESN'T leak out of. This baby wets his diaper all at once with a flood! Huggies is the only diaper than absorbs fast enough to catch it all. I think it's because the Huggies have more of the 'gel' in them to asborb the liquid this is also what makes them so nasty and squishy when wet. Pampers could probably hold the volume without leaking if he didn't deliver it so fast! If your baby is leaking out the diaper when the diaper isn't really wet, this is probably the issue. So my advice to new parents... get a few different brands (including the Snuggle brand from Sam's) and find which one works best. It varies a lot from baby to baby. Also I use Huggies overnights diapers at night when my son starts to leak at night. When he leaks out of the overnights at night, we move up to the next diaper size. Saves a bit of $ since there are more diapers per package in the smaller sizes.

I'm only giving these a 4, since I too have pulled the tabs off these diapers. Huggies needs to attach them better.

I always said that I would never waste money on name brand diapers. I have used everything from Wal-mart and Target, Luvs, Pampers, and even some from Big Lots (Little Tikes, I think, which are better than Wal-mart and Target.) Well, my husband got Huggies by accident once, which was a pretty expensive mistake, because that is all I buy now. I love the stretchy back because it makes them fit better. My daughter wears 1 size larger in Luvs than she does in Huggies. By the way, Pampers and Luvs are pretty much the EXACT same diapers, both made by Proctor and Gamble.

Huggies have always worked great for all three of my children. I Love that these get dropped off at my front door for the same price as I pay at Costco.

Pampers 28Ct Cruisers Diaper Mega Pack - Size 7

Pampers 28Ct Cruisers Diaper Mega Pack - Size 7I'm in diapers due to a bladder control problem. I was in the pampers size 6 and at times I get the luvs size 6 diapers for me. But when Pampers came out with the size 7 Cruisers diapers, I switched to them. They fit better and give me more room to move around the waist and the legs and in the middle. Thanks Pampers for coming with a bigger and better Pampers Cruisers size 7 diapers!!!

The Title "Aromatherapy SPRAY Silky Dusting Powder Fragrance Free" is confusing. I thought this item was in spray powder form; not as a shaker type. I have yet to try it as I just received today and will use it eventually. I don't want to rate the star method as I'm not sure if it's all cracked up to be as described. If the system will not let me submit that is the reason for the 3 stars. Have to give credit where credit is due on the immediate shipping. Pampers Kandoo Flushable Sensitive Wipes, 200 Count

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Sensitive Wipes, 200 CountThese wipes don't break down in water. I was up until 2 this morning, snaking our line, because everything backed up into our basement. It was awesome. And by "awesome," I mean I pulled out grey and black clumps of intact Kandoo wipes from the line, and had to disinfect the entire basement floor. The only thing these "kandoo" is create a serious headache, and put you out anywhere from $150-$300. I'm not blaming the product, because I really should've known better than to flush something down the toilet that looks, feels, and acts like a diaper wipe. It's that blasted frog, though. He's so unassuming and cheerful looking, as if he's saying, "Don't worry, I'll clean up all your kids' messes--I 'kandoo' anything! Yay!" In reality, he's saying, "I might clean your child's bum with ease, but I'm going to make sure you're cleaning up your family's poo water from the basement floor in several months.Yay!"

My house is well populated by ladies (5). We have tried a number of these products, but none are as well received as Kandoo Flushable Sensitive Wipes. They are mild to the skin and do not leave a typical baby product scent. Purchasing in these multiple package sizes let's us have a spare in each bathroom. When the girl's are happy, I'm happy!

I use these instead of tp on a daily basis and have found compared to similar wipes these are thinner which help to not clog the toilet.

these always seem to be the best deal online so I keep buying these. My daughter is sensitive and they seem to work because she never breaks out. Only down side is the wipe is smaller than the other brands but we manage and for her its ok, but adults its a little harder, i know in our house we just buy one and share. Ive been using these for a good while and they haven't do anything bad to our toilet, except when my daughter tries to flush too many at once. I usually flush after every 2 to make sure it doesn't get clogged.

Delta Childrens Products Canton 4 in 1 Convertible Crib

Delta Childrens Products Canton 4 in 1 Convertible Crib, BlackThe 4 in 1 design is actually three configurations with the daybed and toddler bed being the same setup. This design has been around for years but was new to me. I am more familiar with the "jail cell" like cribs designed in the early to mid 1970's and was pleasantly surprised to find this for our son.

The piece is made from solid hardwood with a cherry finish, no MDF or particle board, and after a few years use, if it gets scratched up, then refinishing the wood would not be a major project. The crib mattress support is metal tubing that appears to have a hard rust preventative finish.

The design is solid and would take an adult making an effort to tip it, even in the daybed configuration. Yet it does not weigh so much that one person can not move it around, by sliding it, to vacuum or clean the carpet.

I only noticed three items I can criticize:

The counter sunk screws used to assemble the crib did not come with wood plugs to cover the screw heads, although flush or button plugs can be purchased at most hardware stores and stained to match. I do not recommend flush fitting ones since they will need to be removed later.

The hex key wrench that was supplied with the assembly hardware does not fit within all spots; the use of a standard hex key with a short side is required.

The sideboards needed for converting it into the full sized bed is sold separately; however, most metal bed frames will allow enough play in the end mounts that the sideboards would not be required; provided it has mounts at both the head and foot. Also if a bed skirt is used the sideboards would not normally show, so they could be considered optional.

This is an excellent buy for the price.

I love almost everything about this crib. Be warned if you order the "Espresso" color. My husband is a cabinet maker and when I asked him what color he would call it, he said "dark cherry". It's not the dark brown I was expecting but it's still beautiful. Luckily, this was the first piece of furniture we bought so we can buy everything to match this (in a dark cherry). My (professional) hubby also commented that it seemed like good material with a very sturdy build. I am 5'2 and although our little one is not yet here I can tell that this will be easy for me to reach into. The only negative thing I can say about the crib is that it came with some dents. They aren't very noticeable but it was a little disappointing since it's brand new. Only a couple are visible now that it is put together. I wonder, though, how much damage a baby will do to the crib's finish. Despite the dents, I will recommend it if the color will match your other furniture. FYI: It came with the hardware to change to a toddler bed which is a plus.

Overall I like the crib and believe it is a good value. It arrived earlier than predicted and was not too difficult to assemble (assuming you are reasonably handy) and seems to be well constructed. I also ran into a problem mentioned by several other reviewers that one of the pieces arrived damaged. Unlike their experience, I was able to call the manufacturer who agreed to send me a replacement component at no charge. Here are my warnings about the product:

1) Pictures are not accurate and have been altered. They do not show visible hardware which was something I liked in the product (and why I bought it over a similarly priced crib from another company.) On the real crib the hardware is visible on the front and sides of the crib which was a disappointment. I plan to purchase, stain and install cover plugs like another reviewer mentioned, but the clearance holes are not standard sizes and there are two different sizes the holes on the front are larger than the holes on the side. My expectations about hidden hardware may not have been reasonable, but I am quite disappointed that the pictures are not accurate.

2) The pieces are not interchangeable and are not labeled. You have to deduce which leg is the front/back and left/right by closely inspecting the clearance holes. It is possible but you have to be careful and patient (and even then I had to reassemble the sides when I realized there was a difference between the left and right side pieces). Delta could save us a lot of hassle by adding a few labels.

3) More of a tip than a complaint the instructions come in an envelop that is tie wrapped to the mattress support. Don't be too hasty about cutting the tie wraps. The envelop does not interfere with the assembly or use of the crib and having it tie wrapped to the crib gives you a handy place to store instructions and spare hardware until it is time to convert it to the toddler bed.

Hope this helps!

This has survived my 2 year old son & still looks great! Everything about the durability & portability written about in the previous review is correct. I have disassembled & assembled many times because I can't decide which room I want to keep it in & it's just as solid every time. It's strong too! I've laid down several times with my son & did no harm to the frame.

One thing I will caution, and not so much caution just be prepared for...the one thing that did not survive my child are the bed rails for the toddler bed setup. He found them fun to stand on...

Other than that I have recommended this crib several times in the last 2.5 years

I really loved this crib when I saw it online. The price was good, and there were pretty nice reviews on the many sites we researched it on. It was in the style we wanted and shipping was free (which is a huge cost saver), so we decided to buy two, one for each of our twin daughters. In person, the crib is absolutely beautiful. I love the dark espresso color, and the crib looks lovely and sophisticated, but without the huge price tag that similar higher end cribs have. Unfortunately, the cribs arrived with scratches, which was pretty disappointing. Most of them aren't horribly noticeable, but it was still disappointing and frustrating. There is one significant, and pretty noticeable crack on one of the rail bars, which my husband wants to photograph and send to the manufacturer in hopes of getting a replacement part (since sending it back would be a huge pain), but we'll see how that goes. Assembly wasn't that bad, even with having to setup two of them, and the crib coordinates well with the matching changing table (though I should say the changing table arrived with worse damage; you can read my review on it for more information). The crib also comes with the toddler rail, which is really nice, but conversion rails are needed if you want to use it as a full-sized bed later (but that's pretty standard with all brands). All-in-all, it really is a beautiful crib that seems strong and supportive, but the scratches on some pieces, and the crack on the rail bar was pretty disappointing. I really wish I could have given it a higher rating, since it really is a beautiful crib, everything else aside.

Huggies Pull-Ups Learning Designs Training Pants, Boys

Pull-Ups Training Pants with Learning Designs, Boys, 3T-4T, 52 CountOh, the joys of potty training.... Giving birth was easier than toilet training my boy. I won't go into woes, suffice to say, my freakishly stubborn child is trained during the day. Now, if I can get him to stay dry at the night, I'll be a happy camper. This product has changed over the years, and in my opinion, it's better today. To be clear, I am reviewing the Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants with Learning Designs. The reason I specify that is because Kimberly-Clark is distributing a new product called Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants with Wetness Liner. I'm not certain that pull-ups actually facilitate potty training, although there's no question that these pants helped to reduce my need for Extra-Strength Tylenol.

I think the reason why pull-ups in general don't encourage toilet training is mostly due to the absorbency. They don't allow children to feel wet, so why would they be persuaded to use the potty. It's just like a glorified diaper that pulls up. After 3-months of trying to train my son with big-boy underwear, and trainers I finally gave into pull-ups. My son thinks these are cool because he can pull them up, and down by himself.

We had several nighttime disasters, so I picked up a box of Pampers Easy-Ups. They are more absorbent than the Huggies brand; however, the tare-away sides annoy me. When Procter & Gamble introduced the Feel 'n Learn Advanced Trainers I was encouraged, but they were disappointing as well. Therefore, I went back to Huggies, and today they are my brand of choice. We only use these at night now, and I've learned to limit my son's liquid intake at night. If William's had an excessive amount of water throughout the day I either double up, or wake him up during the night and have him use the toilet, otherwise I'll wake up to a soggy bed.

Do the learning designs work? Yes, in fact, they do fade when wet, but I think the front indicators are insignificant. On the other hand, children aren't in the habit of looking down at their crotch. Therefore, unless their shorts are off, they're not aware the designs have faded unless they're told. With the introduction of the star designs on the inside of the pants, my son is able to see them, and he knows if they fade. He'll tell me in the morning that all his stars are gone. The Toy Story learning designs used to feature glow-in-the-dark indicators, and my son loved to dance around, and see the planets move before he doned his jammies. He misses the glow-in-the-dark planets.

I think my son had too many life adjustments when I first started training, which slowed his progress. Ultimately real underwear, potty incentive, and lots of patience trained my boy. The Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants with Learning Designs certainly made my life easier, although I don't think they support toilet training per se.

I love these Pull-Ups. I'm a fan of Pampers diapers, but I used Huggies Pull-Ups for my older kid and the same is true for the younger one currently (FINALLY) being potty trained. These training pants are super easy on/off and the sides don't lose their ability to 'stick' after many tries at the potty. For being a wonderful, basic potty training necessity they rate five stars. However, I have a few suggestions...

1. This mega-pack does NOT hold individual smaller packs so you either have to keep the Pull-Ups in this big ol' bag or find a convenient storage space for all 58 pants. It's great that the packaging is an attempt to be Earth-friend, but not great when you don't have enough kid-proof storage space...

2. The package (all around: kid model on the front, at the top, and on side) shows Toy Story as the "new design" characters. However, the Pull-Ups were ALL Cars characters. Not a big deal, but if your little one is really into the characters, you might have to do some fast explaining... This is obviously a packaging issue through Huggies since Huggies is converting all boys' Pull-Ups designs to Cars 2, but there really should be a "designs may vary" disclaimer on Amazon just in case.

3. Lastly... I really hope Amazon does it's Amazon Mom members a solid and bumps up the "Amazon price" to $25.01. Some of us have to qualify for Prime via $25 orders in baby products, so... While I was able to buy these "NOT Toy Story, but Cars Pull-Ups" at a GREAT price, I would have been just as happy paying a little bit extra for my order to qualify.

Buy Huggies Pull-Ups Learning Designs Training Pants, Boys Now

Huggies Pull Ups are the disposable training pants that you want. The "velcro" on the sides is useful for changing accidents. Note that it goes the opposite way from most diapers, so you need to "wrap" the pants the opposite way when you are changing them. The pants also don't rip after a day of being pulled up and down. We were loyal to Pampers with the diaper phase, but Pampers Easy Ups have no velcro sides (so you must wrap each "accident" in a plastic bag, and the soiled training pants are harder to remove), and Pampers Easy Ups are very flimsy on the sides and tear easily, so even if your child has no accidents, he still will need several Easy Ups throughout the day, since they will keep tearing and falling off. Buy the Huggies Pull Ups and each one will last all day.

After my son was potty trained, we decided to purchase some pull-ups just to deal with any overnight problems he might have. We did not want to use them while potty training because they're essentially the same as a diaper, just more expensive!

He used them during nap time for several weeks. He liked the little picture on the front that would disappear and he would be so proud of himself when it was still there after he woke up! When he consistently woke up dry, we stopped using them. We started up again because we were visiting family and didn't want to risk him wetting the bed due to all the traveling. After a while, I started noticing a pretty big rash on his lower back. We realized it was from the pull-ups, and it took a long time to heal. We have since stopped using them.

Overall, the pull-ups are fine, but if your child has sensitive skin, you might have to try a different product.

When my son was a baby, we tried using Pampers diapers and Luvs (which are made by the same company) and he would break out in a rash. We switched to Huggies, and he was fine. We assumed Pull-ups would also be fine, since they are made by Huggies, but unfortunately we were wrong.

Let me start by saying that I think Huggies Overnites are the best on the market for overnite protection. With that said, I cannot understand what went so wrong with their pull-ups. I've used Seventh Generation diapers for daytime protection since the twins were out of their newborn diapers. Those are the most well designed diapers for wet and solid protection I only had a handful of blowouts with them over two years pretty amazing! When we started potty training and switched to pull ups, I decided to try other brands to try and find a more "comfortable" pull up. I naturally went to Huggies because they are our overnight option. I am SO disappointed in these pull ups! Not that pull ups are supposed to be worn for any length of time, but come on they should at least protect enough to keep me from having to change clothes in the middle of the day. We tried Pampers which I could not stand the smell of but they perform the best and are very soft. We're sticking with Pampers until their training is over!

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Wipes, Sensitive, 100 Count Refills (Pack of 6)

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Wipes, Sensitive, 100 Count RefillsI was not familiar with this product before I purchased it. I just liked the flush-able aspect. Plus the term "Sensitive" suggested that it would not be offensively scented. And, the price per wipe was good. Unfortunately, they are useless to us. These wipes are very, very fragrant. When we are in the bathroom, the question, "what's that smell?" should be reserved for the obvious, NOT the odor of the wipes!! These wipes are tiny and thin, too. Not the same size as other pop-up flush-able wipes, so a new dispenser is required. I think my toddler will have more success just using toilet paper or a full-sized cloth wipe and water. Obviously someone likes this product. Hopefully I can fine a worthy donee.

These wipes are a lot easier on tender bottoms than regular toilet paper. I also think they tend to get more of the nastiness off. My son has a much easier time with these than w/ t.p. Another cool thing about them is the dispenser. You just peel a sticker off the refill, open the dispenser, pop in the refill and you're ready for action. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the dispenser lid is a little difficult for a kid to operate. Even I can't always get the lid to stay down. If the lid doesn't stay down, the wipes get dry and that kind of defeats the purpose.

I was skeptical about these wipes at first, but when I started using them when my son was potty training, I was hooked. Now, about two years later, we are still using them. I have a daycare and all the kids use them to make sure they get nice and clean when they are done on the potty. When we run out, my son cries because the toilet paper hurts his butt (we don't use the cheap stuff either). The scent is nice, and has the perfect amount of moisture to get the job done without feeling yucky.

We also love Kandoo's hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. What a great way to teach kids personal hygiene!!

These wipes are great. My two-year-old just learned to use the potty and he does a pretty good job with these wipes. The only complaint I have is that the number of wipes per package is very limited, so I end up having to refill it all the time.

I noticed some of the other reviewers commented on the heavy fragrance. These wipes are fragrance free it says so right on the front of the package. I have used many boxes of these wipes and the reason I love them is: they DO NOT have a smell. I have quite a few allergies, especially to fragrances and I have not had any problem with these. They really are great, I even use them!

Pampers UnderJams Night Wear For Girls

Pampers UnderJams Girls Size 8 Diapers Mega Pack 21 CountWe love Undsrjams for Girls! Our child's needs extend beyond bedwetting due to a specific condition, and she felt very self-conscious and "like a baby" at school wearing Goodnites. Goodnites are great for overnight, but hard to miss under school clothes. Underjams not only fit like underwear, they can be worn underneath regular panties. A bonus is that the packaging features older girls. That really puts a positive spin on a difficult situation.

These are my daughter's favorite overnight pants. We've used store brands, which we both hate, and we've used GoodNights. We like the Goodnights pants, they work well. But she really, REALLY likes the way these UnderJams fit, feel and look. We've never had any leaking problems with them. I saw a negative review on the size Large girl's Underjams from a mom who said they leaked horribly. However, she stated her child is 62 pounds, which is sort of in between sizes and the Larges were probably too big. The smaller size probably would have worked great for her since they go up to 65 pounds. My daughter is tall & skinny at 50 pounds & these UnderJams work perfectly for her. Now when she's low on night pants, she asks me to buy specifically UnderJams instead of anything else. I love that she actually feels good about wearing these pants! UnderJams are the best!

My daughter loves these. Unlike the goodnights, these stay below here pajama bottoms and don't show. She also says they are fit more like underwear. She also says they feel softer against her skin. the only reason i giver them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the side splitting a little.( They split like the trainers.) I will keep buying them because my daughter like them better and feels more confident.

I tried every product I could find including using two Huggies overnight pullups all with leakage issues. These seem to be made a little smaller than most products-child is only 28 lbs and 36" tall but these fit nicely without too much bulk. Since using these, we have had no problems and she loves them. I will be using these until she no longer needs night time protection.

These do exactly what they set out to do wipe tushies better than toilet paper! We just potty trained my son and we have one potty upstairs and one downstairs and a tub of wipes next to each potty. Super convenient to have them right next to the potties as well as one in the trunk of my car next to our portable potty. My son knows these are his special big boy wipes and likes using them. Since they're moist they clean a lot better than just dry toilet paper and they're more durable and don't rip. But they're flushable so they're better than baby wipes because we can just put them in the toilet like TP! Overall, great product and will help my son transition to regular TP and get us through the potty training process! Definitely get them!

Fleurville Sling Tote

Fleurville Sling Tote - Loveknots BlueI love this bag. Its easy to wipe down, I have even spilled milk inside it and clean up was quick. There are SEVERAL pockets. The wipe case does feels cheap but I did not even remember it coming with one when I ordered it. Has a nice padded strap, clips for the stroller, and a clip for your keys. It has everything I could have wanted, including tiny feet on the bottom to keep it from getting dirty when it gets set on the floor. I would recommend this to a first time mom. I have two kids and I wish I would have known about it with my first. I did not pay $119 for it but I think its worth it considering how many bags you will go through to find the right one.

Great bag, totally worth the money. I figure I'll be using it for quite a few years through a couple babies at least, so I might as well have something that lasts.

This diaper bag brand advertises itself as being focused on functionality for modern parents as if no other diaper bag company does that. I disagree their bag is all that functional. The straps are way too long. If you carry it in your hand not on your shoulder it touches the ground. And I'm tall. The rubbery straps on the stroller clips were a great idea because they grip to the stroller frame but one rubber strap snapped and broke already after light use for only 4 months. The bag is tall but not wide at the bottom so I can't fit as much as I'd like in it. All in all I'm glad I got this as a gift instead of purchasing it myself. I wouldn't recommend it to others. I'm now going to purchase the Skip Hop Studio bag for its larger size.

I recieved the bag and have contacted the company a couple of weeks ago regarding an O-ring that was missing. The company "Miss Fritzz" responded that they would contact Fluerville for a replacement. I am still waiting for a response from Fluerville. I followed up with a second email to Miss Fritzz and sent an email to Fluerville myself but no further response from either company. I rate the bag 4 stars for the design just that the bottle holders are a bit small to accomodate the wider ones. As far as customer service no stars since they have not responded yet after a couple of weeks.

Pampers Easy Ups Trainers for Boys

Pampers Easy Ups Boy Trainers Value Pack Size 5 S3T/4T 90 CountI bought these because my son wanted the Diego design and Pampers are a good brand. I had purchased Huggies prior to this and liked them, but didn't think there'd be much of a difference. I was wrong. Huggies Pull-Ups have the "Easy Open Sides" and that is very convenient. It's so frustrating to have to take off shoes & pants when needing a new pair in a public bathroom.

The other thing is that the color change symbols are so light that there's no incentive to keep it there like on the Pull-Ups... he can't see them. He has trouble pulling up both types, but did better with the Pull-Ups. I've never had either type rip when pulling them up myself or having him do it as mentioned by others.

I also like that the Pull-Ups have a cool feel as an indicator to him that he's had a bit of a leak and instigates him to use the potty. The Easy Ups don't have anything like that and we have not had any progression toward better potty training. It doesn't bother him to be wet while in the Easy Ups :-( I've also found that they are much more likely to leak at night than the other brand.

Size has not been a factor with either brand. I find that I have to edge toward a smaller size since my son is tall and thin, but I have to do that with all brands of diaper/training pants. I just go by the weight measurement instead of the size number and have had good results.

I really like Pampers Swaddlers for my infant and have really great results, but the Easy Ups just don't measure up to Pampers' usual high standards. I'm going back to the other brand. Hope this helps the other moms out there.

I bought these through Amazon Mom for a great price, however there are a few things I wish I had known before making the purchase.

First, these run very small. I ordered size 5, and they fit much smaller than a size 5 diaper. My son can wear them, but I have to adjust them because every once in a while one of his cheeks pops out! He is currently wearing size 2T pants, if that's any help as to size.

Second, These are NOT resealable like the other brand. Once you open them at the sides, that's it. This may or may not be a deal breaker for you, but I thought it was a big distinction.

Otherwise they work as they should and are definitely being sold at a great price.

After being a loyal huggies/pull ups mom with 3 kids, I bought Pull ups when it was time to potty train my 4th. Not sure what changes have been made to the product but they were terrible. Absorbing nothing and leaking everywhere! In frustration, I picked up some Pampers Easy Ups to try. Out of the package, I noticed right away that they are much softer than pull ups. Put one on my son and sent him off. No leaks! As for the tear away sides on the pull ups, I do like that feature and it would be nice to add them to the Easy Ups but, I really don't miss it. The sides of the Easy Ups tear very easily when necessary. So it hasn't been an issue. In fact, my son knew how to open the pull ups and it drove me nuts that it was so easy for him to do that! My favorite thing about these is that they are absorbent enough for over night use. I had been using the Pull Ups overnight and my son woke up wet every morning. I was skeptical about these but have been so happy each morning when I don't have to wash the sheets again! The only thing I would change is the powdery smell. These are for "big" kids so I think the baby smell should stay with the traditional diaper. Smell or not, we are sticking with them!

We were loyal to Pampers Diapers, but Pampers Easy Up are not very good. The Pampers Easy Ups have no velcro sides (so you must wrap each "accident" in a plastic bag, and the soiled training pants are harder to remove without making a mess), and Pampers Easy Ups are very flimsy on the sides and tear easily, so even if your child has no accidents, he still will need several Easy Ups throughout the day, since they will keep tearing and falling off, with just the gentle motion of your child pulling them down and up to use the bathroom.

Huggies Pull Ups are the disposable training pants that you want. The "velcro" on the sides is useful for changing accidents. The pants also don't rip after a day of being pulled up and down. Buy the Huggies Pull Ups and each one will last all day.

What can I say? I have a 3 1/2 year old who WON'T go on the potty. I use both Pull-Ups and Easy Ups. I typically use Huggies because of the pull apart sides. It makes it easier to contain messes. However, Pampers are much more absorbent. My son will leak through Huggies at night. I know, they make a overnight pull-up, but not in his size. Even when he did fit in them, they weren't very good. he would still leak through them. Pampers, he hasn't had a problem with leaks at night. Yes, the with the sides it can be hard to contain messes, but I just wrap it in a plastic bag Munchkin Arm and Hammer Bag Refill.

Organic Goddess Luscious Body Butter - Chocolate Orange 8 Oz.

Organic Goddess Luscious Body Butter - Chocolate Orange 8 Oz.This body butter has a lovely texture and absorbs instantly into the skin. I also appreciate that it's paraben-free. However, the scent is a bit different than I was expecting... it's lovely, but if someone had just asked me to smell it, I wouldn't have guessed that it was chocolate orange. In fact, I don't know if I can smell the chocolate at all. I'd say it smells more like orange blossoms.

Pretty surprised to be the first reviewer. I like this butter. Rich texture, soft cocoa scent and best of all non-irritating to my sensitive skin. I take a water aerobics class in a salt water pool 34 days a week. And man, that does a number on skin elasticity. The winter and pool combo makes my skin so tight it is painful. I found a lotion was not covering or soaking in well enough to help so I tried butters. Most body butters are heavily perfumed and not good for my skin. I have been able to use this one. Glad I found it. One star off because i can not smell the orange. Will buy more. TY

These wipes are great and I love that each pack has it's own lid. These are medium thickness (not as thick as Huggies, but not as thin as some store brands) and do a good job cleaning my baby's behind. We typically need 1-2 wipes for #2's depending on how far up her back it travels lol. I got these at a great price and am very happy with them.

The inside of a diaper bag is not a gentle place, so anything I put in there needs to be sturdy enough to handle the bumping, shoving, and crushing. The pouches are not rigid, so they can fold, but are thick enough not to tear. The lid opens and closes smoothly and I have not had any of them wear out or stop staying closed before the wipes run out.

The wipes have a pleasant scent and feel clean. The wipes are the right thickness for most jobs, but are not what I would call 'thick' wipes nor are they 'thin'. The oils and chemicals used are gentle enough for older babies while still getting them clean, but I would recommend something more gentle for newborns.

The four pack was a great value (12 pouches total) and I would recommend it to any fellow parents of infants or toddlers.

Chocolate Brown Hudson Tote Diaper Bag Tote by Nest

Chocolate Brown Hudson Tote Diaper Bag Tote by NestPart of the reason I bought this baby bag is because my baby's name is Hudson, and it does have that trendy style this his name has. My first reaction when I got this bag was that it is a beautiful bag and exactly what I was looking for. It looks much bigger than I expected (especially empty), and the interior color is gorgeous. The only complaints I have about this bag are that the tag that came attached to it, was from another style of "Nest" bag, and the changing pad is the same on both sides, so when I use it in public, I really can't determine which side is the clean side that the baby should lay on. I guess I can solve that by just putting a sticker on it or something.

I got to use the bag for the first time when I visited my family for the holidays and I got numerous compliments on it. Most people had never seen a baby bag like it. It's the perfect carry-on for the plane and you don't really need to bring your purse depending on how much stuff you have in it. While it is really big, I felt it a little limiting for all the 'stuff' you need for baby while traveling, along with my things, so I did also carry my purse.

I would prefer that this bag come in at a lower price point, but I love it and would recommend it.

Pampers Splashers Size 3 and 4 Diapers 20 Count 20

Pampers Splashers Size 3 and 4 Diapers 20 Count 20My daughter is 14 months and is about 24 pounds. These are very tight on her even now. Maybe they are supposed to be like this and I am ok with that for now but I don't see how they go up to 35 lb. Other than sizing, they do what they are supposed to do (prevent # 2 from going into the water).

I'm a Pampers mom for sure. I use Swaddlers for her during the day, so why not Pampers for when she swims! I didn't get the "Girl" ones showed, I actually received blue Elmo ones instead, but who cares. They are still cute no matter what design they are. They work, that's the main thing! They don't fall apart, they're easy to get on and off, and the size 3/4 fit my daughter well although she is only 16lbs (Wearing size 3 Pampers Swaddlers)

These are good diapers, but they run small. I don't think babies near the upper limits of the diaper size will fit into it.

Also, be aware, these are for girls. They have Dora on them and girly colors. That was not clear to me in the item description.

I did not understand this before, but these are not like real diapers. They are only meant to prevent a #2 from floating around in the pool. It does not hold in #1. We found out the hard way....

Lastly, to take them off, just trip them off on the sides.

these seem to fit just right. As my daughter swam with me so she can get inclined to be in the water.

Want Pampers Splashers Size 3 and 4 Diapers 20 Count 20 Discount?

They've never leaked so far. They are a bit tight to put on and take off but they have to be this way in order not to leak in the water/pool. To take them off, you just rip them off which took me a couple of times to figure our. The instructions on the box are not that clear. Otherwise, they are pretty good. I recommend.

Nest Collins Diaper Bag

Nest Diaper Bags CollinsLove the nest diaper bag so far! I am just packing it for the big delivery date but I already know I'm going to love using this for years to come!

Pros:

-Beautiful color

-Leather

-Inner lining is bright so you can easily see items inside and has six vertical storage pockets and one zippered pocket

-Has a front small pocket for easy access which I'll probably use for Mom stuff like cell phone

-Keychain holder

-Interchangeable to a cross body bag

-comes with a changing mat

-zippered top so things don't spill out if the bag rolls over

Cons:

-does NOT have purse feet on the bottom I installed purse feet myself five of them to protect the bottom of the bag

-though it's leather I felt that it could use some TLC prior to use so I bought leather honey honestly it might've made the bag slightly darker but I think it is still a beautiful color and now it is waterproof!

-wish the changing mat had it's own lil carrying case instead of having to use one of the tall pockets on the side to hold it

-inner lining does NOT unzip out like other nest bags however it is easily inverted and likely easy to wash and airdry

All in all a beautiful and functional bag that does NOT look like a diaper bag :0)

Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Diapers

Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Diapers, Size 1, 180 CountThese are the diapers that we were introduced to at the hospital. Although the regular Swaddlers are very good, these sensitive diapers have the moisture indicator. It is a yellow stripe that turns blue if there is any moisture in the diaper and we find it to be invaluable. Some may find it gimmicky, but when we first brought our baby home from the hospital, we didn't know about the sensitive vs. regular Swaddlers and had a pack of regular Swaddlers. We were also paranoid about ensuring he didn't become dehydrated. You need to count and track both the wet and soiled diapers. Since disposable diapers are now so over engineered, a mildly wet diaper is not always perceptible. After a panicked call to the pediatrician, she suggested putting a cotton ball or tissue in the diaper to see if there was indeed some moisture. If we had been using the sensitive Swaddlers from the start, we would have had more peace of mind because the blue strip would have been readily apparent.

We tried other brands for newborns and found these to be the best. Huggies was the second best, and while they had better Velcro closures, the diapers were far bulkier (even when dry), had a plastic-y smell, and tended to smear the baby poop all over the butt. The Swaddlers are slimmer, have no discernible smell and the poop tends to stay put because of the mesh interior fabric, making clean up easier and any ensuing diaper rash smaller in surface area.

I highly recommend this product and think this is the finest disposable diaper. Although this is a premium product, the Amazon price is quite fair at around $40 for 180 diapers, yielding a unit cost of approximately $0.23. At a Target in the metro-NY area where I live, it's $18.99 for 74, a unit cost of about $0.26.

Note to new parents only buy 180 diapers when your baby's weight falls towards the lower end of the size range. We're stuck with an opened but practically full bag of newborn size diapers and were surprised when out baby boy was born at 8.5 pounds we were expecting a seven-pounder. It became pretty clear that the newborn size was a bit too small. We quickly discovered that it's better to have a slightly larger diaper than one that is slightly too small.

First off, DO NOT buy these diapers! Please read on:

We started out with these for our newborn daughter 3 months ago. Originally they had the cute Sesame Street characters and we had NO problems for the first two months. They were leak free, soft and most importantly, never caused a rash UNTIL...one month ago when I reordered 2 large cases as I normally purchase in bulk. Upon opening the new box, I noticed the diapers appeared slimmer and had cleaner, pastel imagery on the front band, so far, so good. Unfortunately, that's where the honeymoon ended. Within a week, we noticed a rash! We change her diaper religiously and for goodness sakes, her grandma is a pediatrician, so after careful review, the culprit seemed to be this new diaper.

After reading several other moms who had the same thing happen to their child within the past month, I realized this was no coincidence! We switched to Seventh Generation and after just two days, her rash cleared! We're not sure what to do with this surplus of worthless diapers. I'm so glad to have discovered the cause of this mystery. I will say it again, DO NOT buy these diapers! Pampers needs to do some more testing and remove these from the market immediately.

***If you look through the most recent reviews when the new version came out around March 2010, you'll notice the extreme dip in positive reviews.

Like a lot of people, we've used Swaddlers since our daughter was born. We were happy with the size 1's they gave us in the hospital. Our girl was born 6.5 lbs so when we got her home, we moved back down to the newborn size. After reading quite a few reviews here, we opted for the Swaddlers Sensitives and were happy with them in the newborn, size 1, and size 2.

Again, like a lot of people here, we're not happy with the new DryMax size 3's. The biggest problem is absorption but increased rashes also appear to be problem. It's possible the increased rashes are caused by the absorption problems or possibly the DryMax. Don't know that for sure. That's the executive summary. Read on if you need more detail.

I find two major design issues with the size 3. Number one is the DryMax and number two is the mesh inside. The mesh on the size N, 1, and 2 is a wider mesh that let's the mess go through and provides a barrier between baby's butt and the pee and poop. Either there is no mesh layer on Size 3 or else they're calling a very fine weave the mesh. This layer seems to act more as a block than anything else. When our daughter poops, the poop never makes it to the DryMax. It just sits on top of this layer of material, which is what causes the blowouts (there's no place for the stuff to go but up the back and out the sides) and makes her very uncomfortable. She will literally poop and then start screaming after a few minutes. Never had this problem with the other sizes.

As for the DryMax. I've read from many other people that they've contacted the manufacturer and the response has been the DryMax is more absorbent while maintaining a lower profile making it easier to stuff 10 diapers in the diaper bag (you'll need 10 b/c you'll be changing every 10 minutes). I did a little test on this and they may be right on the total absorption capacity. I stuck a few diapers under the faucet for the test. The problem I found is not the absorption capacity but rather the speed of absorption. Stick one of these diapers under the faucet and you'll see what I mean. With the water on medium, the water hits the diapers and literally beads off. Like a well waxed car. The mesh layer, like with the poop, blocks the water from getting to the DryMax. If you slow down the water flow, then the diaper has a chance to absorb and then the DryMax does it's trick. But that's just for liquid. Poops are still a problem. Even so, we found that when changing after a pee, there was moisture on our baby's bottom using this diaper. She was pretty much dry when using the smaller sizes.

Oh, and like everyone else, we miss the indicator strip.

So the conclusion for us is that these diapers are barely passable for pees and not acceptable at all for poops.

Incidentally, we asked around and everyone recommended the Kirkland diapers at Costco. We're already using the Kirkland wipes so we took the plunge and bought the box of 200+. We've been very happy with them. They're definitely bulkier but other than that, they're superior in every way. Baby can make it through the night again, she's dry after massive peeing, and mostly happy even after poops. Oh, and instead of diaper rash every day, it happens maybe once a week. Without using Amazon subscribe plus Amazon Mom discount, the Kirkland ones are much cheaper. About 22 cents each. I realize Kirkland is not an option for everyone but I'm told Kirkland diapers are actually made by Huggies. Something about an older design. But you may want to give Huggies a shot if you're having the same problems we did.

We've been using Pampers diapers almost exclusively since our son was born 5 months ago. We started with the New Baby diapers in the hospital and liked the softness and fit so we continued to use them until our son needed a size 3 (size 2-3 seems to be the largest they come in). At that point we tried some other brands, but nothing was as soft or seemed as comfortable and well fitting as the Pampers, so we tried Swaddlers Sensitive diapers. We went through two small bags, purchased at the drug store, without event. Then yesterday we opened up the large box we ordered from Amazon. It was the afternoon, and my son had no diaper rash at that point. Less than one hour after putting on the first Swaddlers Sensitive diaper from the box, I changed him immediately after he urinated -this is obvious the moment it happens, as these diapers have a very strong smell when wet. Already his groin, scrotum, and little buttocks were red, inflamed, and angry looking. I thought that perhaps I just didn't use enough diaper cream and hoped it would get better, and put on the second diaper from the box, as my poor child screamed. I'd read warnings from other parents, but since we'd had such good luck with the first two small bags, I didn't believe these nice soft diapers could be the culprit. A short while later, his poor diaper area was even worse, and he was clearly miserable. We switched to another type of diaper and by this morning his groin looked much better. While I'm a big fan of controlled experiments, I can't bear the thought of my child being in so much pain again, so I won't risk putting him back in these diapers. I'm contemplating wetting one and strapping it to my inner arm, however, to see if I get a reaction myself. Do I know for certain these diapers caused the reaction? No, but logic points suggests it's quite likely -he had no rash before these diapers; I changed him immediately after he urinated (i.e. he wasn't sitting in a soiled diaper long); and the rash resolved when the diapers were discontinuted. My husband was furious, and doesn't want Pampers to get another cent from us. I may have to go back to Huggies Naturals, and deal with the annoying gel granules. We tried Luvs, but they were poor performers for us. Rest assured I'll be writing a calm and detailed letter to Pampers. I'm a physician, and hope they'll take this seriously, as I certainly do.

I called P&G's 800 number (800-PAMPERS)about 10 minutes ago to figure out what the difference is between the sensitive swaddlers versus the regular swaddlers because, with both of them in front of me, I could not tell.

The representative needed to pull it up on her computer, but then read each product description she couldn't figure out what the difference was because they BOTH had the wetness indicator stripe, the mesh liner, and lotion liner.

I asked why the sensitives cost more and was told they do not set the price there is no manufacturer's suggested retail price (which doesn't make sense to me) so if there is a difference in price I need to take it up with the store manager.

Then I asked why then does P&G market one as "sensitive"? The representative then said she believes the sensitive has "more aloe" in the sensitive swaddlers than the regular one.

In short, I think it's brilliant marketing by P&G rather than any significant difference in products. P&G markets to mothers who want (and can afford) the "best" product for their babies. Buy the regular swaddlers.....

Munchkin On-the-Go Diapering Set

Munchkin On-the-Go Diapering SetI wanted a diaper changing pack that folded out with pockets for everything when it is laid out. This is NOT that type. It will probably get used, but I think I will still have to buy one of the ones I originally wanted. The pattern is pretty (although a the black is more faded in person than it seems in the picture, due to the sheen-or lack there of-of the material this is made of). The extra bag packs that it comes with is nice, seems it will last a very long time. The clip on the bag dispenser kind of sucks, though. I probably wouldn't have purchased had I seen this in person first, but I wont be returning it. Seems that it will fit a good amount of diapers and wipes. Not sure if I trust the zipper pack that it comes with for wipes (not sure if it will keep them completely sealed to prevent drying out).

I just cant say how much I love this diapering set!! 1st the pattern is like nothing else out there, the price is AWESOME and it matched my diaper bags perfectly!!

I can fit about 3-4 diapers, travel pack of wipes along with the changing pad that comes with it.. Its super handy when I dont want to carry my huge diaper bag thru a crowd to get to the bathroom.. The changing pad is super easy to wipe clean. Seems to be sturdy and is holding up extremly well!

The little plastic wipe holder that came with it is pretty cheap and broke after a week.. Didnt change my mind at all about this set tho :)

Munchkin Diaper Duty Organizer, Colors May Vary

Munchkin Diaper Duty Organizer, Colors May VaryWe live in a small apartment and the baby shares our bedroom, so we have this organizer on our dresser. It keeps everything we use daily in one tidy spot. We have the Munchkin wipe warmer on top, lots of diapers in the cubbies, and in the side compartments we store things like cotton balls, Q-tips, vaseline, diaper rash ointments, gas drops, lotion, etc. There is definitely ample room for all the items we need.

I definitely think it's worth the price. Sturdy and neat.

This is a nice diaper organizer. The only complaint that I have is that it is not clear plastic blue like it appears in the picture. It is a bright solid blue, which didn't go very well in my pink nursery so I won't be using it, but that's just me. Also, I ordered a warm wiper of a different brand and it didn't fit on top of this diaper organizer. I had ordered it because I liked that it had different organizing compartments on the side for Qtips and such. Hopefully others will be able to get more use out of it than me!
