I used this when my daughter was a baby and thought it was the sweetest thing. Very gentle and soothing. I had no problem with missing pieces or anything else and think the first reviewer's comment really pertains to whatever seller he bought it from (sounds like it was a return) and not the item itself, which is adorable.

I purchased this and its even cuter in person than from the picture, it was exactly what my nursery needed. I love precious moments and wish that it was easier to find in department stores, i guess it goes in and out of style. but to me its timeless, i had precious moments stuff when i was little and its my favorite brand to buy for my daughter. I highly recomend this the music it plays is sweet and how can you not fall in love with the characters big droopy eyes. Mine came with all the pieces and was brand new never been opened. I dont know what that other bad review is all about. I was pleased with my purchase, Thankyou!

FIRST OF ALL I WAN'T TO SAY THAT I LOVE PRECIOUS MOMENTS. BUT I HONESTLY DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT, I HAD GOTTEN THIS ITEM BEATED UP AND DIRTY. PLUS THEIR WERE A WHOLE LOT OF PIECES MISSING TO BUILD THE PRODUCT. I AM NOT HAPPY OF THE PRODUCT NOT HAVING THE RIGHT PIECES AND THE PIECES THAT WERE IN THE BOX BEATED AND LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE BIT THEM AND THEIR WERE FINGER PRINTS. ALSO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AMAZON PUTS THAT THE PRODUCT IN BRAND NEW , UMM HOW CAN IT BE BRAND NEW? IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE OPENED THE PRODUCT . PLAYED AROUND WITH IT, BIT IT , AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX, WITHOUT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PIECES. SMH (SHAKE MY HEAD) BE CAREFUL WITH BUYING THIS PRODUCT ON AMAZON.
